I’m sorry, because I dislike leaving negative feedback. But, this is my third visit to any Domino’s. My first visit was good and my second visit, both at different locations, the pizza was AMAZING. This time it ENTIRELY missed the mark. Worse pizza dough and sauce EVER. Not to mention, overcooked and dry. I haven’t had a pizza like this since elementary school. Friendly establishment, but the pizza … Enough said. My 2 stars represents optimism and hope for a better tomorrow.

Ok so a few things to add about the customer call center that routes calls to each location. If you call one particular store and request a pick up why does the call center route the pizza to a different location? I think ratings would be better if this glitch was fixed. We arrived at the store and unfortunately, the order wasnt sent over. Timothy took the time by just making things right, and I give him kudos for great customer service. We drove over 20 minutes to this location. I would visit this location again based on the service and quality of the food.

I made an order last weekend ago when I went to the place in person. I gave them my name and told them I’ll be back, after coming back after doing my errands they gave my order to another person, and with the wrong name at that. I asked them to remake my order, but they refuse to do so. I was able to get my refund back, but I’m never coming back to this place ever again.

The food was good i definitely enjoyed it but I don’t like how the delivery guy tried to keep my money & not give me my change . He would of got a tipped if he didn’t assume that . He was suppose to get the tip . Insane

Placed an order on line for pick up. I was given the wrong order. I called to inform them and was placed on hold. I drove to the location and the store was empty and when I told them that was me on hold they said they had customers. The manager on duty was no help and this is not the first time this has happened. Very poor service if I could I wouldn’t give them any stars

Flew in from Florida only placed open when I arrived, placed my order online with no issue. I received a text notification my driver would be arriving in two minutes half and went by and my driver still wasn’t here. When I called the store the manager on duty was extremely rude after I explained to I received a text informing me my driver was arriving in two minutes but was still not there. After going back and fourth with her for over five minutes she just hung up on me without even letting know me if I was going to receive my food or not. I will be calling the corporation office first thing tomorrow to file complaint on her.
