My husband came to pick up a Philly cheesesteak for my lunch. I ask for no special seasoning and salt and pepper only. I also request fresh onions be fried with my meat because I do not eat peppers. My sandwich was horrible! I got extra of that special seasoning, my onions were still raw, bun not toasted and very little meat on sandwich! I almost had more onions than the meat. I tried calling several times and no answer!

Drove out of the way, excited to use my Dominic’s Sandwich club card free sub. I have earned that from so many purchases. I get there on lunch break only to be told (dismissed) that only Renaldo can accept the card. I usually love my Dominic’s, but didn’t expect this rude, nonchalant attitude. Wasted time, and gas up and back to Dominic’s. Now rushing to try to get subway while my break is almost gone.

My spouse and I approached the food booth at 7:10 pm on Friday, May 26. There were 2 people in front of us that stated they had already ordered and were just waiting on their food. We stood there for about 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The employee at the grill finally acknowledged us and said, “ are you two together?” I said, “yes” and he said well I’m not taking anymore orders tonight we are closing! We’ve been coming to Dominic’s for years and have never been treated or dismissed like that. If your hours have changed and you now close before 8pm you may want to update your business hours and train your employees on how to politely speak to customers.

The worker that they have now is not good at all to say it nicely. This was once a great place to grab a bite. Now all you get is mediocre service at best and a very RUDE worker that always seems to run out of everything and closes EARLY. If you don’t like customer service then this is the place for you. I’m disappointed to have to leave this review but it’s happened multiple times.

Been to this shop a bunch of times. Always open until last minute. We walk up and this worker was extremely rude to us and told us “I’m closing early because I have to open” which makes no sense. By that logic every place would close early everyday. All the lights were on. The window was wide open. We sat in the parking lot deciding what else to eat and this man only stood there the entire time eating and then walked out and sat on one of the mowers outside. One of the rudest people I’ve ever had an encounter with at a restaurant. Especially at a place like domincs where the workers are usually always friendly and willing to serve people their food.

Was disgusting. Seasoning they put on it was very spicy and they put a lot on my sandwich. There wasn’t enough meat so the sandwich was basically empty with a lot of peppers and a pound of seasoning. Just doesn’t even taste like a Philly. Waste of money

I loved this place the first time I tried it but after today won’t go back. There’s a difference between New York City hurry up kind of rudeness and just plain rudeness where everything is still super slow and wrong. My kids plain Philly cheesesteak was super salty and spicy my Caribbean cheesesteak didn’t even taste like the Caribbean seasoning and I got fussed at for ordering too quickly.
