Bollinger, Brut Cuvee Champagne. France NV
A golden color, distinctive of black grape varieties. Very fine bubbles. On the nose, it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit, and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote, and peaches. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity. The bubbles are like velvet. Flavors of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
$120.00
Vueve Cliquot, Brut Yellow Label Champagne, France NV
Golden-yellow, with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. Next it is so pleasing to the nose: initially reminiscent of yellow and white fruits, then of vanilla and later of brioche.
$90.00
Pol Roger, Brut Reserve Champagne, France NV
The current release of Pol Roger’s NV Brut Réserve is quite dramatic, bursting with aromas of mandarin oil, honeycomb, elderflower, fresh bread and musky peach. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it’s generous and textural, with a rich core of fruit, lively acids and a pillowy mousse.
$85.00
Chardonnay, Cakebread Cellars, Napa CA 2019
This wine opens with aromas of ripe golden apple, white peach, and notes of oak. On the palate, apple and pear characters are balanced by fresh acidity, and the finish is clean, with appealing mineral notes. This is a versatile food-pairing wine—enjoy love it with fresh salads, grilled scallops, and nearly any selection of cheeses.
$58.00
Chardonnay, Joseph Carr, Carneros Ca 2017
The bouquet is intensely aromatic and features notes of ripe peach and lemon. Flavors of toffee and almonds emerge on the palate, bolstered by lively acidity, a creamy mouthfeel, and a long finish.
$38.00
Chardonnay, Rombauer , Carneros CA
Ripe peach, citrus fruits, spice, and pie crust aromas all mingle and lift from the glass. The citrus, supported by notes of apricot, continues on the palate which is concentrated with a rich, creamy middle palate, and strong supporting acidity. The finish is long and marked with hints of vanilla.
$65.00
Gavi, Batasiolo, Italy 2020
Pale straw yellow with tinges of green. Fresh and floral nose with good intensity and persistence. Dry and pleasant with lingering notes of almonds, typical of the Cortese grape.
$38.00
Cabernet Sauvignon, Silver Oak Alexander Valley, CA 2017
A wonderful expression of regional character, the Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet seamlessly blends bright fruit with savory notes and a graceful, flowing texture. Look for brushy aromas of sage and thyme embellishing a core of red fruit, rich with wild strawberry, raspberry, and just-picked plum. Energized by fresh acidity, the wine delivers its flavors in an elegant, medium body that—thanks to a lithe build and fine, tightly knit tannins—provides deceptive intensity.
$105.00
Cabernet Sauvignon, Pine Ridge, Napa CA 2016
Deep ruby in color, this wine boasts aromas of raspberry and blueberry perfumed with floral notes and touches of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, cherry and raspberry fruit comes forward with layers of cassis, blueberry, vanilla cream, spice, and a sweet note. The texture is smooth and silky with well-integrated tannins and good acidic weight. The wine finishes long and polished.
$75.00
Cabernet Sauvignon, Joseph Phelps, Napa CA 2018
Opens with floral notes, cedar and pencil shavings followed by ripe blackberry, cassis and red currant jam. Fresh and focused with pleasing acid and tannin structure building tension along the palate to the lingering finish.
$100.00
Cabernet Sauvignon, Mount Peak “Sentinel” Sonoma/Napa Ca 2018
Dense dark fruit notes abound in this robust Cabernet Sauvignon, with ripe blackberry, cassis and wild blueberries leading the charge. Pronounced earth tones follow suit, along with a Mayan chocolate spiciness on the firm, lasting finish.
$95.00
Zinfandel, “Eight Years In The Desert”, Orin Swift , CA 2019
Sourced from premier California growing regions, the 2019 8 Years in the Desert is a quintessential exemplar of drinkability, perceived sweetness and complexity.
$68.00
Grenache, Proyecto Garnachas De España, Spain 2019
violets and pencil shavings with a whiff of cardamom from some silky oak. But this is far more red fruited and juicy than your average Nebb, with ripples of strawberries and crushed black olives over the top of a pitch perfect balance of fresh acidity to fine grain tannins.
$32.00
Barbera, Gaudio Barbera Del Monferrato Superiore Italy 2017
85% Barbera and 15% Freisa. Gaudio Bricco Mondalino Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG is an intense ruby red, verging on garnet in time. Fruity when young, with enticing raspberry aromas. Full and flavorful, with gobs of sweet plum and cherry fruit as it ages.
$35.00
Chianti Classico, Sant’ Alfonso, Rocco Delle Macie, Italy 2017

$45.00
Brunello Di Montalcino, Altesino, Italy 2015
Brilliant ruby red color, tending towards garnet red with age. Its bouquet is intense, pure, pleasant and refined, reminiscent of sweet violet, tobacco, chocolate and pleasant hints of wild berries and vanilla. Its flavour fully confirms the above in a well-balanced, full-bodied wine with good tannins and a solid structure.
$95.00

$54.00
Pinot Noir, Belle Glos, ” Clark & Telephone” 2017

The best pizza in Killington. I love buffalo chicken pizza, and Domenic’s is really good – nicely bite size chicken, tasty sauce, good crust, and the red onions and scallions are an inspired addition that help lighten the pie while adding more flavor. I tried the other pizzeria in town to compare, and Domenic’s tasted much better to me.

First time in Killington area and weren’t sure about where to eat. Tried Domenic’s and we weren’t disappointed. The pizza, wings, and spaghetti were sooo good! My husband loved their pizza so much, he ordered the same 18 inch Pepperoni pizza twice. I went with garlic parmesan wings the first time and they were also very good! They were cooked just the way I like. Crunchy skin, meaty, and tasted great! Second time, I ordered the full size spaghetti with 5 meatballs. Also very good! I got two meals out of the full serving and the left over tasted even better. Meatballs were good sizes and very good as well. Hope they don’t change anything… Planning to go again next winter.

Smallish restaurant with friendly service and great food! We had wings and a chicken slider for apps, and they were delish. The House Veggie pizza was amazing, smothered with fresh veggies and some of the freshest tasting cheese we’ve had on a pizza. Not only was our server Mike friendly and attentive, other staff from the restaurant also stopped by to check in us and say Merry Christmas. One of the highlights of our ski trip thus far. Will definitely be back next year!

We stumbled upon this place after a day of skiing with friends and I’m glad we did. For starters the staff is exceptional. On a busy Saturday night we were able to get a drink while waiting and the whole team was accommodating. We had a group of 10 and based off all the online orders, we knew we picked the right spot. From drinks, to wings, to pizza it was all phenomenal. Would I go back there…100%.
