I just discovered my new go-to Thai spot – Dok Khao Thai Eatery in Columbia MD. The food is seriously exceptional! I ordered the Curry Chicken and let me tell you, it was absolute PERFECTION. The flavors were so on point that it made my taste buds were dancing. What really surprised me was the sauce – it wasn’t like any other curry I’ve had before. It was a mild coconut red curry that was loaded with flavors.

My wife and I stopped at Dok Khao for lunch and were immediately mesmerized by the decor. It’s not a traditional Thai decor but more of a Victorian Europe style. It is amazing nonetheless. We went with the traditional Pad Thai which was really juicy and good. Minced spicy chicken was also flavorful. We tried bubble tea mousse desert and was delicious. Highly recommend this place for food and ambiance.

Super cute Thai spot! I went on a Friday night & it was busier than I anticipated. We ended up waiting 30-45 minutes to be seated? I ordered the green curry and it was fantastic! Everything they make is usually medium spicy so if you’re sensitive to spices, I’d make sure to order mild. I’m gluten free and dairy free & I didn’t have any issue letting the waitress/kitchen know about my dietary restrictions. Their refreshing drinks were cute too – I got this lemonade with butterfly pea powder & it was pretty good! I’d definitely come back (probably not on a Friday night).

What an amazing hidden gem !!! I really enjoyed having lunch at Dok Khao Thai Eatery. First and foremost the menu is SO big… At first I was slightly overwhelmed, but because there were clearly so many great options to choose between.

I love it here, this place is amazing the service is great the atmosphere is great the food is authentically phenomenal, the drinks are great as well and I love the colors in the restaurant down to the utensils, if you eat with chopsticks you can request them also. It’s an overall great experience every time I visit. The only complaint I have is you are able to make reservations and if you have a larger party there’s typically a long wait because it’s a popular restaurant in a Up! and coming neighborhood.

The inside is decked out with renovations. Really nice atmosphere with a full bar and espresso machine. They have really nice and unique drinks. They have some unique specialty dishes in addition to the standards (Pad Thai, Kra Pow, Drunken Noodles, etc.) Food all tasted great. Service was friendly and prompt too.

Great non-alcoholic drink options (really enjoyed the pomegranate lemonade). We ordered family-style with our friends so we could all try the different options and loved everything we tried! Favorite was the crispy duck, but all were very good. They were also able to accommodate a tree nut allergy at our table.

This is my first time visiting the Thai restaurant in Columbia, Maryland. At Color Bust Park the location is great, with free parking and lovely scenery for both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior decor is modern, featuring beautiful floral designs, exquisite lighting, and a captivating water fountain in the center.

Pretty good experinece here! Went with a larger part of 7 and had reservations. The staff were all very polite and accommodate changes in spice level and exclusions of seafood products. Food came out hot and very delicious. It’s a bit expensive for my liking (if you want a less fancy experience you can find more affordable Thai but not with this ambiance) but the restaurant is in a nicer, newer area and the design is very chic and lovely so it makes sense. Great place to celebrate a birthday or graduation. Bathrooms were clean and had baby changing stations.

Came here with coworkers to celebrate a milestone at work. We arrived around 4pm on Friday. The service was fast and friendly. Our drinks apps and entrees arrived quickly. We ordered the Bangkok Chicken for starters which was spicy and sweet but so good. Cooked perfectly. I ordered the “ Pad Si Ew “ don’t let the name fool you it was so doggone delicious! My drink was amazing as well as I ordered 2 Singapore Slings. I’ll be going back for dinner very soon. 9/10
