Disappointing. I wanted to try a local place and gave Doc’s a shot. My mistake. I ordered a sheet pizza. What I got was not a sheet pizza. It was two mini-sheet pizzas with significantly less pieces than a real sheet pizza from a real pizza shop. One of the corner pieces looked like it was added on from another pizza. On top of that, they charge a fee for using a credit card, which is not allowed in New York state. When I brought it up the man at the cash register was quite rude about it. Overall, Doc’s is not a quality option in the pizza field and I will not be going there again.

I asked Doc’s if they would cater a grad party with pretty short notice. (Less than 2 weeks). They had no problem. I had 4 sheets, 80 wings, 50 knots and tenders and a tray of salad. The salad wasn’t even on the menu but they made one for me anyway, and OMG was I impressed with the salad , and of coarse the rest of the food was amazing as well. I didnt really no what to expect, but they far exceeded my expectations. They even provided tongs and 3 big containers of salad dressings. I just want to say Thank you to the team there. You guys did great! It all went off without a hitch and the food far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

We’ve enjoyed Doc’s since moving to Camillus! Admittedly we stopped for a little while after a couple mediocre visits but decided to try them again tonight and it did not disappoint! Perfectly cooked and arrived at a great temperature in a good amount of time, especially for a weekend. It was exactly what I needed after a difficult day, keep up the great work!

I was charged twice (2 cleared charges 24 hours apart from eachother- not pending charges) for food I pre-ordered (called to place an order for a later time and gave them my cc info). Called to discuss the duplicate charge and was told the manager would be contacting me back soon since they weren’t in. When I called back 3 hours later to see why I hadn’t heard back, the worker informed me she had passed on the info but her manager stated it happens all the time and it’s the bank’s fault. I requested the manager call me back to discuss further, but they never did. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my bank.

We always get pizza/wings from Doc’s. And they have a good deal buy 1 pizza get the second at half price. Their fish isn’t bad, but if you want fish, go to a fish place.

Living in the Camillus for over 16 years now this is my go to for pizza and wings delivery. They tell you when you order that delivery time is 45-60 minutes. 90% of the time it’s more like 30 minutes. Great Pizza, competes well with TT or any other local Pizza Parlors. You won’t be disappointed.

Use toLive in Camillus and love this place…I truly wish service was better….their hours are horrible ..they don’t open till 3(since covid i think)…then I recently checked they say they open at 12…I call no one answers…wish there service was as good as they’re food…

I come here a lot was at least once a week for a while, I have since taken a break. Overall the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it has been great others not so much and I’m never the type to complain because I hate being that guy. This place really needs to work on consistency. I usually pick up my orders feel there needs to be more communication between phone and kitchen staff no one likes to hear 45 mins and you show up in 45 min and have more time to wait. I have phoned in orders a few hours in advance and still not have the order ready for several mins after I arrive. Not bad but need to work out some kinks.

We just had take out fish fry dinner. It was tough, flavor was horrid and we couldonly eat one bite. It was old freezer burned in appearance, texture and flavor. Neither of us could eat our dinner. Sadly we now have to find something else to eat for lunch. Sad to have spent over 26 dollars for inedible food.

While my go to place for pizza was always TT, I didn’t want to drive that far. I was so surprised that Docs pizza was just as good if not better. Consistently so. Being less expensive was an added perk. People there are equally as good. Win win
