Hayden absolutely made our first visit here a memorable and positive experience. Due to dietary restrictions, we ordered one of the sushi rolls and the JO wings. Both were great. It would be good to see more non-fried protein options on the menu. But, again, I could’ve been served cardboard and having Hayden as our server would have made me feel I was dining in a 5 star establishment. Managers – she’s a keeper!

Big Fish Restaurant Group started a new 10-year lease on this park property. Hammerhead’s was here previously which I liked. The view of the Marina and atmosphere is excellent. But if the food I ate is an example of the rest of the menu, this restaurant needs a lot of work to get up to the quality of the rest chain. I had a melon arugula salad with goat cheese. It was awful. Arugula has a slight bitter taste and the vinegrette accented that bitter tasste and did not mesh with the sweet taste of the melons. A tweak to the vinegrette to make it a little sweeter would correct the problem. Also, there was supposed to have goat cheese in the salad. There was hardly any goat cheese in my salad. I will wait until they get the kinks out of their cooking before I eat there again.

This place definitely doesn’t deserve the hate its gotten on some of the posts here. The atmosphere is awesome, with great music and a fun setting on the marina. The food is good and the service was good. It’s not blow-you-away good, but it hit all of the notes I expected it to hit. It’s a dockside marina restaurant in a beach town — expect it to be expensive, with perfectly fine food, but with great drinks and a great setting. That’s what you pay for. If you’re expecting something different, get better at Googling.

Really disappointed for a Big Fish Grill establishment. Ordered fish tacos as did the table next to us. Server returned several minutes later and said they were out of fish, fries and fried appetizers. Silverware was dirty. Poor quality for the price point and we expected more from the Big Fish Grill chain. Kids Meal burger was undercooked and Cobb salad was so bland. Prices on bill for 2 out of the 3 items did not match prices on menu. Had to wait quite a while for manager to make adjustment.Hopefully they will fix their supply issues and cleanliness as the atmosphere is really nice.

Nice outdoor seating but we got charged $3 for each plastic cup of sparkling tap water. The appetizers were good but the entrees were lacking. The fries were cold and wet, corn on the cob was starchy and tough. Definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Had a nice lunch. Expected more of a crowd. Waitress was not very aware of the menu nor can describe it. Would come back more often, but we have dogs that are well behaved. We frequent all of the dog friendly establishments. Why not make the area by the water dog friendly??

We were worried based on the reviews, but we had a great experience here on Thursday night. Food was great (smashburger and fried shrimp), music was awesome (Troll Tribe) and the best part was the service – our waiter was excellent. We will definitely be going back!
