Great food. Probably not worth the drive if you’re out of town, but definitely worth the visit on a regular schedule if you’re local. The prices were a tad high and the seafood selection was severely lacking for dockside restaurant, but I’d be happy to go back. My kids did not like the Mac and Cheese and said I fix better hamburgers. But they definitely liked the shrimp. The Raspberry BBQ was a slight twist on a classic flavor and worth a try if you like sweet sauces. I definitely preferred the slightly tangier “regular” sauce on the pulled pork.

First time at Dockside post Covid and I have to say they’ve really stepped up their game on service. Everyone was very friendly and I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I got from Samantha! She’s an excellent waitress and they are lucky to have her. Obviously I had the wings and they were very good. They will be my go to any time I’m in the area now. I did half hot and half raspberry bbq and thought both were equally as good. If you haven’t yet go check them out.

What a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the service…spectacular! The 2 young waitresses who greeted us with a smile and a hello as we walked in, made us feel right at home! We had our 2 young grandsons, 3 years and 1 year old, and they loved the chicken tenders (they had to be homemade) and the Mac n Cheese!! They didn’t leave a crumb. We then took them to feed the ducks and fish that were just outside the restaurant!

Food was delish! No mixed drinks or wine but I believe they serve beer. Our server was wonderful. The A/C was not working properly when we went so it was quite hot! A great little dive…we will be returning.

It’s a marina restaurant so don’t expect more than a waterside atmosphere. Food is great and they give ample portions. Fried dill pickle appetizer is big enough for 4-6 people!

We love Dockside Cafe. We sat on the deck and had a great meal. Everything was delicious. The blackened grouper, chicken salad sandwhich with fresh fruit and cheesecake & keylime pie for dessert was amazing. It is a place locals go for a great view on the lake and good food.

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but I was not impressed. Hardly anyone there, plenty of staff, waited 45 minutes or so for 2 orders of chicken strips and a grilled cheese sandwich. All of which came out burnt. The waitress offered to bring out more but we did not want to wait any longer. The waitress gave us some off the bill. So I do appreciate them for that. I only post because I felt it could of been avoided all together.

Came by dinghy yesterday. We are all four in our 60’s. Waitress had to have the “boss” out to check for IDs for a beer. We came over by boat so I did not have mine. No beer for me. She loudly stood by and told us why she carded us over and over until my husband asked her to leave. Under 21? haha Rediculous. Food was expensive and very mediocre. Ribs had sharp bones and fragments all over them. Salad $15 and was a small little bowl. We will never go back.

Becoming very expensive, onion rings terrible, o condiments with burgers. Bbq was dry, no sauce, no bread with bbq, just bbq. Gone down hill. Will not be back. 2 adults. 1 child, 2 waters, $49.12
