The Event of the Year Party Planning
I tried this restaurant one evening and the food was not fresh at all-that was months ago. Fast forward to today and decided to give them a try again during the day time… It was very fresh and the wait time for it was pretty fast. Just be sure to keep up with your receipt and remind them to give you your drink. They will give you your food and send you straight out the door, (lol)! About 4 of us had to remind them to give us our drinks. Other than that, I think I’ll be back. Thanks for good customer service.

Service is quality open area clean and efficient got a fish wish on a Wednesday which is the day of the special in less than 5 minutes including a shrimp teaser with fries there was no line I even got a sandwich with an extra piece of Whiting and it still came out fast this is the location to and I hope they’ll be here for a long time!

I had order the large fried catfish with lemon pepper on it. I received my order pretty fast and the owner was extremely nice. Now the food was extremely flavorful and fresh! I also like the fact i didn’t have to spit out bones lol. I would be back here again!

I assume that the man who took my order was upset with being gainfully employed. Very unpleasant. The young lady who brought my order (she handed me a bag with a sandwich in it. I ordered a combo and large coleslaw). She asked to see my receipt, and then I had to inform her about the mistake. If the policy is to ask for the receipt, be sure to check it against what is given to the customer. That way, you ensure that the order is correct. Please do better.

I eat here maybe every 2-3 weeks. The fishwish is always deliciously fresh. I use to get cheese on it but the cheese does not melt. They have great Eggrolls.!! I know, lol.. Eggrolls at Docks. I was terrified at first but I’ve tried all of them however, the ITALIAN BEEF Eggrolls are to die for.!!! They are sooooooo good. 3 for $12… and 3 is all you need if you don’t want to feel stuffed. I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the flies. It’s feels disgusting to walk into a restaurant and there are flies flying everywhere. Another thing, I damn near blow my back out opening the door EVERYTIME. I can’t imagine an elderly person trying to open the door, it’s EXTREMELY hard to pull and push.

I have ordered from this location a couple of times because this is one place where u don’t have to question whether or not the catfish fillets are actually catfish. I’ve never really had a bad experience until recently. Ordered a fillet dinner along with the wings and a perch dinner from Uber Eats. Upon arrival I noticed that the perch dinner box was kinda light. Opened this box and this is what looked back at me…. over cooked dried out hard pieces of perch without the fries. Food is to expensive for the restaurants to not care about the quality of the food that they serve. I was extremely disappointed because I do frequent this location and I felt like the cook just didn’t care at this point. Ain’t no way in hell the cook couldn’t see tht the fish was over cooked. Tried to call and got no answer. Reputation is everything just go back to the way you guys were when u first opened and keep it tht way.

Food is never correct. Most of the people working front have an attitude. You get charged for items that they don’t even have which is absurd. All in all won’t be coming back until new management gets in there and restores the restaurant and staff.
