My husband and I are visiting from Texas, and we’re intrigued by the claim of Texas BBQ in Forks, Washington. We were not disappointed!! My husband got the 4 meat plate of ribs, brisket, chicken, and sausage with potato salad and beans. I had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and cream corn.

Small bbq joint with EXCELLENT ribs. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and my husband ordered the pit stop platter w beans and slaw, so we got to try everything. The ribs were my favorite and the bratwurst was second. The brisket was very tinder too. The coleslaw was delicious! Everything came out fast and it was an amazing amount of meat for the price.

Couldn’t figure out what to eat after a day of fishing in the area. Finally decided on this bbq spot and was pleasantly surprised because the burger was big! They were out of pulled pork so I got the brisket burger and a side of potato salad. The brisket meat was soft, flavorful and pushing out the sides of the bun. Potato salad was classic potato salad with skins and all. This meal warmed me up after a day outside and I will shall return.

Great service and VERY delicious food. The meat is outstandingly juicy and tender. The sides are a perfect compliment to the meats. The smoked chicken was delicious. The pork ribs were falling off the bone, and the brisket was just perfect. The coleslaw is very good, as well as the cream corn and the smoked mack& cheese. The best place to grab tasty food in the area. The price is very reasonable for the big portion you get.

Stopped in after hiking all morning, just what the doctor ordered. Had the rib plate, with slaw and beans and it was great. BBQ sauce was a little sweet for my liking but it wasn’t really necessary anyways. Great ribs, beans and slaw.

Tasty food, good portions, friendly staff and fast service. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the smoked chicken plate. The pulled pork sandwich came with optional coleslaw on it which was something special that set it off. The smoked chicken tasted fresh, like the poultry I had growing up on the farm.

Great experience here this past week. My wife and I were passing through and D&K jumped out. Service was spectacular and food was wonderful. I got the ribs, my wife the pulled pork sammy. So good. Don’t bother stopping at a dinner, just stop here for a quick, easy, delicious meal. NOTE: they were open before noon.
