Ordered a hamburger with onion rings. Wait staff was friendly and checked often to see if we needed anything…the onion rings are thinly sliced which was interesting. Both the burger and onion rings were very good.

New management, kinda same menu, same restaurant manager, same waitress. Prices are insanely stupid, but Joe did that. The chow is still about the same. I’d say its 80% consistent. This restaurant can be hit and miss both for food and service. After a tough day of doing nothing, this is an excellent spot to finish the days Swaray in style..

Josh did an amazing job as our server. Ordered the bacon wrapped meatballs. They did not disappoint. My friend had the prime rib sandwich with sweet potato fries while I had the beef enchiladas. Great food and great flavor. Finished up with a slice of their bread pudding. Wow. This place is a real gem in Laguna Madre and will definitely go back.

Where to begin… the service from the waitresses and the bartenders is absolutely horrible. I was sitting at the bar for ten minutes (made eye contact multiple times) nothing from the bartender. I had to ask a short older waitress for some help, she just pointed to the bartender and walked away..the The GM, Raul, wasn’t concerned at all and doesn’t have a handle on things which is very discomforting and bizarre as he seems to be the ring leader. Food takes forever, staff attitude is bad, save your time and money and just go to baby boomers down the road. Hopefully the new owners wake up and replace EVERYONE.

One thing that you can count on at this restaurant. The wait staff are wonderful, but you will never get what the menu says on your order. Today, the roast beef hash came without the peppers and onions advertised, and the eggs Benedict came without Canadian bacon. The Hollsndaise was thin and tasteless. Both meals ere close to too cold to eat. We like to support local business. But will go only for drinks from now on. They are shooting 100% since 2019 with meal errors for me.

Walked in with my family of 4, Waiter- Manager stared at us with a blank face up and down and took awhile to say hello or welcome. He then asked if we had a reservation, as we’ve never had to when we’ve come before so we said we didn’t. He then said we’re sorry we can’t seat you and we needed a reservation! What horrible way to act as I mentioned my husband and I have dined there before, we live in the neighborhood. Never again will I go there or take my family who visit from afar.

A great place to grab a burger and beer after a round of golf. But an even better place to gather with friends around the neighborhood for a prime rib on the weekend or a specialty dish during the week. Couldn’t ask for more from a neighborhood restaurant- feels like a private club, but has the friendliness of a family-owned eatery. What a blessing for the community!

Called in an order to eat in 30 min prior. 10 of us total. Everyone got their food but me. Had to ask about a spinach salad and they said they were working on it. They brought it to my table 10 min later and i just said i didnt want it anymore. Take it back. They then showed up with the egg rolls and i sent them back. I will never come back here to eat. I will be taking my buisness to bayside cafe from now on. No thank you.

Robert, bartender is the best! Makes sure beer is ice cold after warm afternoon of golf. Love the curly fries! Food always good portions. Can get loud.
