So the food is typically solid. We definitely enjoy the occasional trip to Dive. The reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the last couple times we’ve used their pickup service the wait time for food is pretty extensive. I can understand when the place is slammed, but our last experience was when there were maybe 5 tables and no one at the bar. When we walked in, a server immediately checked on us and went to check on our order (which was a sandwich and a salad). We heard nothing after, waited 10+ mins past the expected window (on the order slip) and when we got our food it was lukewarm at best. Dine in – typically a much better experience. Take out – you’re rolling the dice.

My server was very nice and attentive. My food was delicious! This time I had pizza egg rolls and Reuben fries. Both were so good. I thought I’d be able to make it through all of my egg rolls. Nope. They were so crunchy and cheesy!!!! The fries were cooked perfectly. Cole slaw on point. The next time I order this dish I will ask for more Cole slaw, cheese, and dressing, and probably less or no meat. The meat was good, but a little too salty for me. Overall, I definitely recommend.

Service is stellar! Enjoy lunchtime trips here for quiet meetings. Not too busy in-house during the weekdays. Staff was accommodating with requests. I ordered a salad, sans meat, which came out with bacon on it. They remade the entire salad vs. just scraping the bacon off. Shows me they value their customers.

On the one hand, this place is aptly named. It is part sports bar, part dive bar. Hard walls and floors, TVs and semi-obnoxious music played a bit too loud.

What a treat! I hope the name is so well known that it doesn’t deter people from checking it out! The food was super fresh and delicious with a ton of options. Our bartender, Tara, was welcoming and had great beer suggestions. Even the music choice was on point. This place was a breath of fresh air!

Awful. After being regulars, we stopped ordering from Dive Bar (Regent Square) because they consistently left items off our takeout orders. After about a year, we decided to give them another try tonight, buy it was worse!

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever seen. Came in on Father’s Day to pick up an order and there were a few people at the bar and one table of about 5 people – that was it. The bartender never acknowledged my presence and when I went to ask a staff member coming from out of the back kitchen if she would help me she gave a smug, condescending look and said I’d have to pick up from the bar. When I told her I was being ignored, she just shrugged her shoulders. I’ve heard horror stories about this place and the pathetic customer service – well, it’s 100% the truth. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Monday night – My takeout took almost an hour – not that serious- but the blonde bartender was unhappy to to be there I guess. Didn’t see her smile except when talking to other co workers. Made me feel like I was a nuisance just waiting for my food.
