This place is a little hole in the wall spot with great food! The drinks/smoothies I saw looked good and I definitely enjoyed my meatball bánh mì. There are only a few outdoor tables. I would say it’s not a place that is intended to stay and eat. Service was fine although we did wait for awhile; they were obviously busy, so that was understandable.

They have the most fabulous sandwiches you would want to taste. They have a bread that the sandwiches go on that I can’t find anywhere it’s just absolutely delicious. I asked for no peppers on my sandwich and as I walked away I noticed it did have peppers. Took it back to the counter and they immediately with a smile on their face gave it to me correctly, and I really appreciate that. You got to check it out

The sandwiches here are delicious! The bread is incredibly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a few vegan options which is a really nice feature. And there is outdoor seating. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

This is our GO-TO spot for Vietnamese sandwiches. We usually eat them at the beach since there’s not a lot of place sit besides their outdoor seating. My favorite would have to be the Crispy Tofu Sandwich with Sriracha on the side… so good! The bread is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The pickled veggies were delicious as well.
