Dino is incredible and has the best food truck hands down. Every meal we’ve had from him has been amazing, fresh, flavorful, and tastey! We try and visit at least once a month from Kula and he’s never forgotten our family and always remembers. Thankful for what he does for our community, especially supporting others during this devastating time.

Went to the area for lunch today (5/31/2023) and the gyro called to me. The owner was very nice and friendly as he took my order, and when my food was done! The gyro was very flavorful and I love the home cut fries and the sauce. I was not able to let him know that I loved his food. I will come back and order other things!

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is so fresh! I got the chicken gyro and the salad and both were just 10/10 chefs kiss! The owner/chef is such an amazing and friendly guy with such amazing talent! Not from Maui but will definitely be back next time I’m in Maui ❤️

Delicious fish gyro and classic gyro !! A must stop. Food truck is 8 min from the airport next to Costco. Dino makes all the ingredients himself fresh. A true artist.

Im traveling and Dinos was recommended by a local when I was looking for something to eat. I had the big blue burger and it was absolutely fabulous . So flavorful and juicy. Cooked just right and with an explosion of flavor. And the bed of fries where amazing. Make sure to ask for some extra of his amazing sauces because when then dripped from the burger onto the fries they where transported to another level . And the owner was so sweet and kind! I was having a very stressful day and it made it so much better. Only a couple minutes from the airport if your traveling. Super easy to get to even if you just have a couple hr layover.

Interesting take on the paella, first bite and it’s bursting with fresh flavors from all the fresh ingredients straight out of the herbs pots outside the food truck. The Blue Burger is also good and the sauce has great flavors. I appreciate the originality and the passion! Great food! You know it’s worth more and there’s so much love in his cooking.

The Greek salad is a must! Delicious flavorful fish sits on top of a massive bed of greens, and sauces and feta cheese.

Dino’s gourmet truck is really gourmet. He makes everything in his own and is super fresh. The meat was tasty. And the sauces were fantastic. We literally licked our plates. Yay good at reasonable price is a win win win combination and a definite recommendation on your next trip to Maui.
