It had been at least 2 years since I last stopped here for breakfast. I can say that it will be that long again before I return. The place is outdated and the food marginal at best. I had the ham cheese and mushroom omelette and my wife eggs over medium with link sausage . They both had that grill grease taste and were not steaming hot. I will return to be fair but it will be awhile.

Nice Family restaurant. My mom wanted me to take her there. She ordered the turkey BLT club sandwich. The reason she likes Dino’s is because they have alot of different foods to select from the menu. The turkey on the club sandwich is hand cut from what she can tell. I had the taco salad which was the special for Wednesday. We both had the split pea soup. The croutons for the soup were made in house, so good, but they only make them for the split pea soup on Wednesday. My taco salad was good and filling. Prices were good too. If visiting my mom, and she wants to go back I will say “sure”.

I practically live there at least 3 times a week if not more. The food is off the charts and the salad bar is the bomb. The staff very attentive and good service. You got to give this place a try I guarantee you’d be coming back.

The staff is very cheerful, funny, considerate, and hardworking. The food is always good (and worth any wait) and the whole place in general is very clean, calm, and is the kinda place you’d wanna take your family to on a holiday or weekend. I’ve been going here every year for my birthday since I was a little kid and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’d recommend Dino’s to everyone.

Great, fast, attentive service. Great Bloody Mary, and very good prices. The food is wonderful, hot, and a full salad bar. I would definitely recommend if you’re having a large party, like we did. No charge on renting out the room, and servers were always there to refresh our drinks. The owner made me a personalized menu specifically for my party, as the menu is huge. My family was very happy!

I took my daughter here for the Easter brunch and we were not disappointed!! There was a decent selection for the price and drinks and desserts were free!! Our server’s name was Patti and she was so super sweet constantly doting on us making us feel so special. We got there kind of late so the dessert table was pretty low. We made sure to get some right away, before we ate so we wouldn’t miss out. Patti overheard my daughter about how excited she was about the mini cupcakes, so she brought her another one before they were all gone. How awesome was that?!?! We will definitely go back to try something off the menu

The food I order here has always been good. I have heard a couple complaints but Ive never made one. The chef is very good about special orders, as in I like my french toast lightly cooked. He always adds the perfect amount of whipped topping and strawberries. The waitress is usually swamped but is good about making rounds. The owner, when he is there, checks on his guests regularly and has also pitched in to help when shorthanded. There is also a large room for large gatherings. Do call ahead to be certain they are open if it’s late in the evening.

Been dining here for twenty years. One of Fox Lake’s landmarks. The present owners Danielle, husband and two boys are very kind and helpful. One of our favorite dishes is the Friday night fish fry. Includes soup, salad, rolls and best of all rice pudding. Now if your full from all you can eat fish they’ll wrap your dessert to go! This place is great for kids too. They have extra rooms for sporting events. Since Danielle has kids of her own she’s very good with setting kid’s functions up. She watched my daughter grow up and all the staff too. My daughter use to memorize the soup of the day. Don’t be afraid either if you need to change an order we’ve never had a rude experience. Many of the staff are local and very kind. They have daily specials which are very reasonable. And the layout is good for disabled people to get around. Most of all if you have a big family with little ones bring them here so you can relax without worries. Salad bar also. Say hello to Danielle for me!!!

This is one of the best resturants in the area and I highly recommend it! You never walk away from the table hungry. In the 5 years we have ate there, we have never had a bad meal! The waitresses are great and very attentive. I wish them many, many years of continued business.

1st & probably last visit, food was less than mediocre, I ordered spaghetti w/meat sauce, it was unlike any traditional spaghetti I have ever had, could only eat a couple bites & I sent it back & the server even agreed it isn’t that great. I wish she would have said something when I ordered it…& I still had to pay for it even though I didn’t eat it. Definitely not a good experience.
