We switched over to DinnerCrafters after buying from Hello Fresh and other meal kit services for about a year. Not only are we more pleased with the quality, but we get to support a growing local business. Adam puts a ton of attention into his menus and follows them with detailed (and funny) instructions. To top it off, he hooks you up with drink pairing information – from beer to wine and beyond. As a family of two, Adam’s meals often last us two or sometimes three nights as the portions are sometimes very generous. I love the weekly buy-in option, so you don’t have to worry about pausing a subscription when going away. Basically, try DinnerCrafters, you’ll love the food and probably learn a little something along the way. Oh, and add the dessert. Adam’s desserts are often our favorite part.

My husband and I are HUGE fans of DinnerCrafters meal kits. We order several weeks each month and very much look forward to each meal! As others have mentioned, Adam is incredibly thoughtful about his menus and his ingredients and it shows. Each week is a menu from a different part of the world with insightful and witty prose to read about the area and each menu item. Its high-end restaurant quality food for less money and is incredibly fresh because you take a few easy (VERY easy, I’m not a very good cook) steps at home. Portions are generous, we almost always get three, sometimes four portions of the meal kit. Its a great deal. And do yourself a favor and add dessert to your order – Adam’s desserts are often to die for (the recent blackout chocolate cake with pudding frosting was INCREDIBLE). Order a kit, you’ll be glad you did!

We’ve ordered from DinnerCrafters several times. Adam always does a wonderful job of creating meals that tell a story. The meals are inventive and made with high quality ingredients. Everything we’ve had has been incredibly tasty and I look forward to ordering from DinnerCrafters again soon.

Adam Walker provides remarkable variety of foods from many different areas of the world. One week the centerpiece dish might be pork and risotto, with wonderful Italianate side dishes, another week the menu might be Turkish or some regional American dish. Each menu comes with informed commentary about what we will be eating and how it fits together. I don’t think he has repeated a menu once in the past six months. He uses local ingredients, partly according to season. Putting the last touches on the meal is always easy and makes the “cook” look like a true chef.

Adam is just brilliant! He creates not only an incredibly delicious food, but also an experience with every meal he crafts. And he knows and explains everything about the food he prepares and serves….offering best practices for preparing it at home as well as exceptional wine pairings. My husband and I look forward to his “Sunday Dinners” every week – it’s truly the highlight of our week!

I’ve ordered dinner crafters several times and it never disappoints. I love how varied the menus are every week so there’s always something for everyone. The reheating instructions are very detailed and I’ve never run into any issues. I highly recommend trying DinnerCrafters as an alternative to going out to eat if you’re looking for high quality food you can have in the comfort of your own home.

Adam is an incredibly talented chef but also a thoughtful educator in how he selects and explains his menus. You would do well to subscribe to the DinnerCrafter emails if only to receive a thorough education on the wide variety of cuisines that they offer. Adam takes the time to explain his choices and thorough knowledge of the food he prepares and the result is a dinner that is an experience a little like you made the trip to experience the place that is the origin of the food. His write-ups alone are witty and insightful, but you would be missing out on the best part if you didn’t take the opportunity to try out his cooking. The kits he prepares are simple to prepare at home to serve, ample serving sizes, incredibly reasonably priced for the product, and simply delectable. Do yourself a favor and sign up now, and it won’t be long before you are making a habit of ordering the fantastic meals DinnerCrafters has to offer.

I have ordered several times and have not been disappointed. The variety from week to week is a real bonus, as Adam has a different theme or culinary profile each week. Whether I wanted to try something new or re-experience foods I liked (and would have little chance of making well on my own), ordering the meal kits through dinnercrafters has been a great way to satisfy my tastebuds at home.

Every item we’ve eaten from Adam at DinnerCrafters has been nothing less than outstanding. From the simple to the more complicated—each meal has been prepared with fresh, flavorful, local ingredients and care. Reading about the cuisine and its origin has been a bright spot for us during the pandemic—each week our meal transports us out of our dining room to another region or country. And during a time when we’ve spent so much time in our home a burst of flavor from France, Mexico, or the Mediterranean takes us on a welcome journey.
