Late post 2/9/2022: I’ve visited every location in California. First time to dine-in in Bellevue, WA. Staff is super thorough! Consistent taste and quality of the food. Worth it!

This place offers the best soup dumplings in town. The wait line was long but totally worth it. People do come here for the food, experience and also the display of how they make the dumplings. You can literally watch your dumplings being made.

This restaurant was recommended by friends so we made a reservation for lunch. The food is delicious and very tasty. The soup dumplings were great and comparable to ones back home in Vancouver, B.C. Service was good and would highly recommend.

This was my second time here, and both have been fantastic. The food and the service are definitely worth the effort to crawl through traffic out to Bellevue and wait sometimes quite a while past your reservation time.

Fantastic food, fantastic service, and very fast. The waiter must have noticed I looked like I didn’t know what I was doing, and gave me a walkthrough of how to eat soup dumplings, which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely eat here again.

This is my second time at Din Tai Fung and I’m happy to say that the food and service is extremely consistent! They have plenty of dumpling options, and their crab XLB is an absolute favorite. We also loved the spicy wontons and our server helped pack our leftover sauce as it was delicious! Everything we ate was flavorful and we’ll definitely be back. It does get busy VERY quickly so I recommend making reservations or coming early.

This place is amazing. So beautiful in there, such good service, and amazing food. Our server was so lovely—he staggered our meal items to arrive as we finished off each plate so nothing ever sat on the table getting cold. Everything was piping hot and freshly made. The finer details like chopsticks with good quality wood with the name inscribed into the side show how thoughtfully done this restaurant is.

Book well in advance if you have a party > 4 as this is a very popular joint. Lots of options for vegetarians/vegans. It’s very crowded. Their Soy Noodle salad is to die for so are the dumplings in chili sauce.

Looks like they expanded their vegan options. The spicy vegan noodles, spicy vegan wontons and garlic stir friend string beans are amazing! Freshly squeezed orange juice is refreshing and lychee martini is top notch!

Last Saturday we visited again. This time we ordered Cucumber Salad, Vegetable & Mushroom Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Noodles, Vegan Shanghai Rice Cakes, Lychee Mojito.
