The food was perfect and reasonable. Best dimsum ever. One down side that the waiter need to pay attention on their clients more. Sometime we have to look for him. Would love to comeback.

The dim sum place of my childhood 🙂 menu is mostly the same throughout the years and their stir fry is really good too. The fried dumplings and pork buns are heavy on the breading, less of the filling.

The steam shrimp rice noodle , fried taro and shiu mai were good, however the dumpling were very thick instead of the usually thin and crispy, probably one of the worse dumpling I have tried. Overall Pretty average dim sum place.

I am surprised at the 4/5 ratings. Authentic? Not even close. To start with the cheung fun, the outer layer is supposed to be thin and silky, but it was rather the opposite. Additionally, they skimped on using high-quality shrimps by adding tiny shrimps, so it’s mostly just thick pieces of rice dough in your mouth. From a taro puff, you would expect a nice fluffy/lacy layer around the skin for that “mouthfeel”, none of that was present. Instead, you just bite into a crispy thick skin that seemed a bit over-fried in old oil. Now the bean curd, that was beyond disappointing. The tasteless (old/low-quality?) beancurd skin was just loosely hanging around the filling. Not to forget, the portion size was very small. After all, I think I’m actually glad it was small, because the taste and texture were not acceptable. The sticky rice with laap cheong had barely any laap cheong in it. It was merely dry sticky rice with a bit of greens and miniscule pieces of meat here and there.

Honestly, I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on their menu. We started eating before I remembered to take pictures of everything. We ordered the fried rice, beef rice paper roll, fried bao, fried shrimp balls, crab shu mai, veggie buns, and the steamed shrimp har gao. Everything was full of flavor and had good portions of meat in them. Highly recommend!!

Worst restaurant experience in a while. This place was disgusting and extremely dirty. Ordered pork dishes but they were out of pork so we ordered an array of other items all were absolutely disgusting. The taste was off on everything. Definitely won’t be back. Service we slow and short. Dirty floors, unclean tables. Gross food.

First time ever trying dim sum and came to this place as recommended by my friend. I have to say I absolutely enjoyed it, the atmosphere AND the food. I really loved the lotus leaf rice dumpling and the pan fried pork buns. Staff was also very polite! They have tons of options to choose from and all look delicious. This was a one time experience that I won’t be forgetting any time soon ❤️

Great little hole in the wall dim sum place! We’ve been to Dim Sum King many times now, and every time the service and the food has been excellent! It rivals some of the big, more well-known dim sum places in Houston, but with less wait time and, dare I say, better dim sum! You bet! All the great dim sum staples can be found here but there is no cart service. Still, everything is prepared quickly and of high quality. For those less versed in Chinese, fear not, they have picture menus! Well worth the visit!

Ordered dim sum delivery via Uber eat. Found a 3 inch wavy hair in my beef cheung fun. I couldnt eat the rest of the food. Very disgusting

Everything tastes bad. The rice soup is too salty. Steam shrimp rice noodle only has a few dry small shrimp on top, I don’t see any other shrimp. Also ordered crab king shiu mai, and it was obvious they weren’t fresh. The service was just okay. Won’t come back anymore.
