We had high hopes for this given the cute name and location. However, it was a HUGE disappointment. And I hate to write bad reviews, but it was just so bad that I have to.

Great experience. Take out only. Sat n bench outside and enjoyed my dumplings . Would be better if they had a table snd garbage can dedicated to their business. Its a reminder of the pandemic days when you walk inside . Lets get a table or two for bikers and walkers please.

My new favorite restaurant in Ventnor. Take out and delivery, no dine-in. Place is busy! Clean, friendly, helpful staff and owner! I don’t eat pork so I was so excited to find shrimp dumplings and chicken wonton soup! I’ll be eating here again soon!

At first entry is almost nondescript and possibly a regular Chinese takeout store, but that’s where the comparisons stops.

Been dying to try this place out and we did it last night. We ordered pork and chive dumplings, bbq steamed buns, general tso chicken and chicken Mei Fun which I got spicy with chili oil. 1st the dumplings were stuffed they did not skimp on the filling and it was delicious pan fried. The bbq steamed buns were soft and pillowy with a nice chew to it. The filling was moist and flavorful. The chili oil never made it to my mei fun since we used it to dip the dumplings and the buns in to give them a kick. When I pulled the Mei fun and general tso chicken out the bag they were HEAVY. Portion size was more than enough for 2 people! The chicken in the Mei fun was tender and seasoned perfectly. The general tso chicken was tender, sauce was sweet and the breading was perfect. Definitely different than your traditional chinese food restaurants. Can’t wait to see them in Smithville soon. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend going. They also offer $5 and $6 dumplings on Thursdays. Follow them on facebook for updated specials.

I rarely write these reviews, but Dim Sum and Then Sum is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the area. My family used to own Chinese restaurants, this is where I choose to get my Siu Mei and Roast Pork Buns every time I’m down here! I recommend it to friends and family all the time!

Some of the best Chinese we have had! Chicken was tender and crispy. Cooked just right. So we’re the dumplings. Just outstanding! 5% discount for cash.

Everything was good but the food I’m sorry, Chinese stores in these nicer areas not good at all, keep it authentic, must never eaten Chinese food in the hood, there not trying be fancy, whip out grandma recipes.

My sister and I had high hopes as well. The food was just so plain, no flavor at all whatsoever. We were hesitant to give a review but the disappointment is lingering. Spent $45 on food for 2 people and leftovers thrown out because no one wanted them. Unfortunate quality.
