Dim ‘N’ Den Sum is a must-eat in Kauai!! Their menu options vary daily/weekly – and you’ll want to go back for more! We were able to visit twice on our trip. We tried the manapua, egg rolls, shumai, and beef teriyaki. The food is so fresh and the flavors are incredible! The owners are very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Easily our favorite lunch spot on Kauai!

We hired Dim N Den Sum to cater our wedding and the food was phenomenal! We had several people tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. They made the best beef bulgolgi bao buns I have ever had. They also made amazing coconut fried shrimp, veggie spring rolls, Korean fried chicken sandwiches, pulled pork sliders and a poke bar. Every single dish was so delicious. On top of that it ended up pouring almost the entire day and they did an amazing job rolling with the punches due to the weather. Hiring them for our wedding was definitely one of the very best decisions we made and we are so grateful for all their hard work!

Creative daily specials at a good price. Friendly staff. Came back the next day and was greeted by name. The Furikake fries are NOT to be missed. I had to fly nearly 5000 miles to the far end of the US to find the best fries I have ever eaten. Fries come in 3 groups: undercooked soggy, overcooked petrified, and just right crisp exterior and soft not soggy inside. The fries plain would be delicious but the furikake elevates them to a whole different plain. Definitely worth the stop. Bryce

We were originally told by some friends to go to the Kauai Food truck (which did look good) and we stumbled upon this truck instead. We ordered several items and all were fantastic. We felt a true sense of the aloha spirit after having some nice conversations with a couple of the employees and managed to avoid sharing our food with the chickens as we ate outside at the picnic tables. There was not an item on the menu that you could go wrong with. A definite must do again when on the island.

The best meal we’ve had on Kauai! We got the dim sum pack, Cajun mahi sandwich, and cucumber salad. Minds blown. This food is unreal and prices are unbeatable – a must eat.

My wife and I had just arrived from the airport and were starving. We found this place on the side of the road in a lot with a few other food trucks. We tried a few different items on the menu and was very happy with our selections. Lady was very nice also!!

First off, LOVE the name! Second, had the platter and we just demolished everything that was on there. Kim’s Kimchi was delicious. Just a little bit of spice, not enough to drown out the flavor. Owner was very polite and friendly!

The Hawaiian Style Poke Bowl was delicious! Had some spice to it, but it was tolerable! Highly recommend!
