If you are in Galena this is the place for breakfast. A family run establishment filled with a lot of local folks. Good food, good service in a friendly bar setting. Great value and would definitely return if we get back to Galena.

Nice, little local place with surprisingly good breakfast. Denver Omelet and half skillet were both excellent and more than enough food. Bloody Mary’s were good too. Would return again.

We went here for breakfast after a night of drinking… They have delicious food, BIG portions (you get a lot for what you pay for). Our server was super friendly. Small place, but we are so happy we decided to try it. We couldn’t get a table since it was so full (at 8am on a Tuesday). They have REALLY good biscuits and gravy! Their omelettes are amazing, and they give you an option to add onions and/or cheese to your hash browns, which I’ve never had, but recommend it after trying it. My husband good steak and eggs, and it was amazing as well.

Wow, this place is amazing. You could maybe describe it as a dive bar. Was recommended to us by another local bar. The breakfast was incredible. The portions are huge. You have to try the Side Meat! (Insert numerous jokes here). But seriously it’s delicious. Might need a power nap after eating. We’ll definitely be stopping back in the future, and hopefully try the pizza. (That pic of the skillet breakfast is a half order)!

The food is good. The beer is cold. The hot giardiniera on the thin crust pizza is a Shakespesarian expression of genius and love. The staff and locals make the atmosphere perfect from the moment the doors open. Buy a round and get ready to become part of the family.
