First impression was wonderful. Greeted right away and very welcoming hostess and environment. We were seated in a quieter corner which was also nice. Seamus brought water and took one of our parties beer order. The wait for our food was long, yet the restaurant and bar was not busy. Damn burger was ordered medium….it was past well done, however we couldn’t tell Seamus because he did not return to our table the entire meal! The fries had the consistency of those which had been done and sitting some time prior to serving. Again, couldn’t tell Seamus because he never asked how our meal was. Bad service because there were only 3 of us and only 1 ordered two drinks? That was our conclusion. We did want after dinner drinks but after we had been there nearly 2 hrs-forget it. We completed our meal and had to wait for our check, then finally ask for it. It was at that time the one closest to him got a water refill….apparently the rest of the table didn’t matter. Not even a thank you from Seamus. Food not so good and horrible service! Won’t return! Very unfortunate.

Best thing about this place was that the beer was good and they offer 4oz and half pint pours so you can try a variety of styles. Trout was undercooked and the entire meal was oily somehow. Bizarrely, the staff who brought out our meals or drinks went to the wrong tables Every. Single. Time. It was a bit ridiculous and unbelievable..our appetizer came out at the same time with our meal. The onion soup was really good. The onions are braised with beer.

This place is always packed so expect a wait! I feel like it’s worth it though! We sat at the bar because we could get in immediately without a wait. Staff was prompt and took care of us quickly.

The restaurant has good vegetarian options. I had the veggie wrap with fries and a Dunkin iced coffee. The wrap was good and very filling but the Dunkin iced coffee was too sweet for my taste.

Dam, I shouldn’t have gone here or at least ordered something else. We ordered the nachos and the cheese had already solidified by time it got to our table- thick solidified cheese in the middle of the chips. I would have taken a picture but they were whisked off too soon. I ordered the fish and chips and they were terrible. See picture below. My wife ordered the French onion soup and it was uneditable. See pictures below and decide for yourself.

The food is always great, and Dillon Dam Brewery has some of my favorite nachos ever. However, we were disappointed to see they’d changed all prices to be quite a bit higher, and now to add the pulled pork it was TEN DOLLARS more! As much as we’ve enjoyed stopping by when traveling I-70, we may need to find somewhere else.

The food was really good, I got the chicken fried chicken, the beer was good, as much as I enjoyed the food and environment the reason this place gets a 5 star is simply our server Taylor, he was awesome and had amazing recommendations. I will be returning just because of him and the experience he offered us

Got take out from the bar. The nachos are gigantic and a too much for 2 people. Did not realize it would be so big. Got some other appetizers that held up well. The beer cheese has a heavy beer taste. Would definitely go back and try some dinner dishes. Staff is nice and friendly.

Cool brewery with great beer and atmosphere. We ordered recommended dishes burger with onion rings and chicken fried chicken which comes with mash potatoes and green beans. Burger flavor and quality was delicious but sadly the dish itself was room temperature: cheese wasn’t melted and the onion rings were soggy. With the chicken dish it was room temperature as well. Chicken was crispy and a nice change to get chicken gravy but there was so much onion that you couldn’t enjoy the gravy and chicken itself as a traditional plate. I will say for over 20 dollars a plate and not getting my food hot it’s not worth it especially for lunch, But for the beers and a good environment, yes.
