The meat is excellent. The pulled pork is tender and juicy, the brisket is thick, and the ribs are buttery. The portions are decent and the sides are very tasty. I like the onion rings a lot. They are very thin and crispy. The loaded potato casserole is just mashed potatoes, but they are tasty. The sauces are very good and all on the spicy side. The sweet sauce has a maple flavor to it. The only thing I didn’t care for was the roll. The service was very fast, and the restaurant was clean.

I’ll start by saying I really like Dickey’s and being from Houston, TX, it’s the closest to good BBQ I know of here in the Seattle area in the year and a half my girlfriend and I have been here. We have been to this location a few times, and the food is typically pretty good.

Food is usually good there but when I got my order of pulled pork neither of them had the pickles I ordered and only one of them had cheese. Really disappointed.

Instant, friendly service. Disappointed that ice cream machine was not working. Chicken was a little dry, but brisket and pulled pork were juicy and flavorful. (Have had the chicken before when it was really good.) Love the big yellow cup and crunchy ice!

Went in this weekend to eat inside. The place was so hot!, I am pretty sure there was no AC on. We couldn’t have ate any quicker to get out. Also as this being my first time going here, the employee/ server couldn’t guide me whatsoever on the menu. I was so confused on how to order. Maybe this is a good place for on the go and if you already know the menu well. Do not recommend this location.

Dickey’s is my favorite spot for lunch during the week. Their pulled pork is on point and their sides are delicious, especially the Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. The staff at this location are super friendly and the service is very efficient. My visit yesterday the brisket was a tad on the dry side (hence the 4 stars) however typically when I have been it is consistently moist and scrumptious so I will definitely give it another go soon as this was the first time I noticed the meat being dry. Nothing beats the soft serve ice cream at the end of the meal. Num!! We will definitely be back again soon.

Just moved to Washington and was craving BBQ and this didn’t hit the spot. Maybe I’m accustomed to better BBQ food but the staff the time I was in appeared to be all teenagers so maybe that’s why but the Mac n cheese noodles were way over cooked, didn’t need to chew them. The brisket and pulled pork was dry and over cooked as well. Everything tasted good but just wasn’t right.

We used to love eating at Dickey’s Everett, but we noticed it wasn’t what it used to be. We always order the rib plate but last Sunday, May 28, 2023, was our worst experience. The meat was still raw and there was a little blood when pressed so I told my husband to ask them to cook it again, but instead they gave us another rib plate.

Almost broke my jaw on a large marble sized bone in my sandwich. I know enough Spanish swearwords to understand employees should not say those types of things about customers, even in another language. (The man in front of us asked about bbq sauce and at least 3 employees called him a p**** b***** in Spanish). My advice…. Don’t risk it on their brisket!!!!
