I known this chain since 2016, I came to eat the pull pork sandwich for recommendation and I liked it, they offer you Smoked BBQ meats (Beef and Pork) and chicken plates and sandwiches, their price are between (no cheap not expensive) but they worth it, their products are good, tasty and good quantity served. Service good but I think they can improve (like give you a warmer welcome and a smile).

When I went the person taking my order was pleasant and helpful. They got my food out really fast too. Interestingly, the sandwich actually looks like how they show it. Usually when you take food home from any place, it’s all smashed, but the way she made the sandwich came out perfectly, and it was delicious.

Terrible service I don’t understand the logic. How do you pack a to go order for grub hub and don’t include utensils and napkins. Keep in mind this is a “bbq spot” with sides and all. Food was poorly packed no food container. My meals was wrapped in paper. No to mention the pecan pies are soggy and in food plastic wrap this is bad too.

The food is good. I suppose what put me off a little is I ordered the family meal that included three sides and two pounds of meat. When I ordered two pounds of brisket I was told there was an upcharge. It seems the menu should reflect accurate pricing and include details such as that.

Been to this location twice. Not sure if it was the owner or manager but he gave an awkward vibe of not wanting to serve us. Not sure if it was because we used coupons that were emailed to us or what his problem was. He tries hiding it but he didn’t do a good job. You could see his distaste for making our order by the way he kept grabbing the cartons for our sides and slamming them on the counter to fill them. The people making the sandwiches were very personable. The owner/manager should stay away from the front and stick to the back if he doesn’t want to service people. Food was good tho.

This is our second time ordering from Dickey’s, first time delivery, second we picked it up. Workers friendly, food hot and delicious. We love the pulled pork, green beans and okra! My husband said his pork ribs fell off the bone and were tender and delicious.
