Went on a Saturday, 10/20/19, 12 noon. Note on door the ribs and chicken would not be done until 1pm. We went back at 1pm and ordered our food, $30. for 2 people. The drink machine was out of most of the choices. The food was good. Looking forward to having the frozen dessert but it was a funny yellow color and didn’t taste good, So threw it away. And, the womans bathroom was out of order. Won’t be going back ! Tina

It was our 1st time there. We ordered 2 two meat meals. I received potato chips instead of okra. I paid for a cookie I did not receive and we ask for sweet BBQ sauce and received spicy.

Very small, compared to what I’m use to for this chain. I love their Texas style brisket, but when asked for it to be chopped that way I felt like I was talking to a wall. She reluctantly chopped it, but in chunks. Really made me sad as it does affect the taste when the BBQ sauce hits it. I would go back though.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, services (cool soda machine) & very tender barbecue. The food was tasty, mouth watering & delicious. Had the Friday Pulled Pork Special which included drinks in a Big Yellow Cup to keep, choice of 2 sides, dinner roll & ice cream cone for less than $13. Had the mashed potato casserole & green beans.

Food is very good. Reasonable prices for what you get. Employees are helpful and friendly! Store was neat and clean. I have been to 2 locations and all of the above is true for both stores. Definitely going back soon.

I ordered the family meal with 2 (1lb each) meats. The pulled pork was good. The brisket… well that was a different story. I literally got 1lb of fat! The brisket was a total let down. No flavor, no meat. Most likely won’t be returning.

Was there at about 2;30pm today. Guy taking order was efficient, but was difficult to understand, as he did not speak up or speak clearly. The cashier was slow, disorganized, and seemed disinterested in what he was doing. A lady arrived to pick up an order for 8 lbs. of brisket… the cashier wandered around like he was lost, then finally told her the order wasn’t ready. She said she’d placed the order with the manager who promised the order would be ready at 3:30. She asked another person behind the counter if she was the manager, as the lady was irritated that no one filled her order. The gal said she was a manager, but wasn’t on duty. This is the sort of customer service will put you out of business FAST.

Went on the 3rd day it opened. Seemed like the staff wasn’t prepared for the turn out and there were 11 people in that little kitchen space. I patiently stood in line for 45 minutes to get our food. They don’t have an ice cream machine. Ran out of turkey. Ran out of regular bbq sauce and took awhile to replace it. The overall quality of the food was good-the best location is still Burna Park but not bad for only being the 3rd day open.
