Had a Brisket and a Pulled Pork sandwich for pickup. In my opinion, the Brisket sandwich was rather overcooked (burnt). Then I went back into the store, showed my sandwich and asked if that’s the way the sandwich is supposed to be. To my surprise, the waiter said yes. A photo is attached. Judge for yourself. I won’t come again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Dickey’s Barbecue in Hawthorne, California, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed in every aspect of my visit. Partially a bad review for dickeys,partially uber eats. The app charged me for boneless wings that apparently they don’t offer. The employees were rude off the top. My order was blatantly wrong, it seemed like no attention was paid to the receipt that had the accurate wing flavors. It took an extra 15 minutes to get my correct order. Not going back.

The food was amazing Cynthia was on the grill and when I say my ribs fell off at the slightest touch. The taste was so unbelievable. Woody gave my family and I the most amazing experience with his customer service and suggestions. The restaurant overall was quite clean and homely. I enjoyed the music and television (movies). I know they have two stars but give them a try. Remember everyone makes mistakes but it’s how you bounce back from them. They are here for a comeback y’all let’s eat!!!!

They’re finally open! I loved the pulled pork sandwich combo. The meat was slow cooked and BBQ sauce on point. The staff were friendly and the food did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re local or visiting, you need to try this Texas style barbecue pit.
