This was my first visit to this BBQ chain. We dropped in on a late Sunday afternoon, so not a prime meal time. This location is pretty small, only a handful of tables. It’s counter order service. When our order was ready, it was carried out to us. Very pleasant staff. We opted for two brisket and sausage orders, with various sides. Unfortunately, most all of the food in our order was barely above room temperature. While the brisket was as tender as I’ve ever had it, the cooler temperature meat was less enjoyable – especially for the sausages. Not sure if our timing was bad, perhaps peak dinner hour would have been better. However, that shouldn’t matter. The prices seemed reasonable, especially for families. Perhaps a take-out order taken home for reheat would be a better option.

Real Texas barbecue in Arizona! I’ve seen this location several times but never tried it because I was under the impression they did not have french fries or fried okra. But I was wrong. Stopped in today and had a chopped brisket sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and fried okra. Everything was great.

I ordered food to go and the three meats plate look great at glance but the brisket was not done and raw pink , the pork ribs weren’t pink as well . The pull pork was done well and the lemon pepper wings were really salty . I didn’t not eat nor enjoy my food which sucks I get door dash and your restaurant have a partnership but to spend 50 dollars on uncooked food and nothing but 10 bucks be offered back sucks .

Honestly, this used to be one of my places that I would treat myself to. But not any more. They removed stuff from the menu, did away with the deal of the day, they don’t take my usual credit card any longer, they removed their Coke Freestyle machine, their ice machine was broken, and the quality of the food was mediocre at best. There are too many other choices for BBQ locally so I won’t be back. It just makes me sad because this ‘was’ one of my favorite places to eat.

Pulled pork nicely shredded atop a bun with sweet BBQ, pickles and onions is enough food for me. Thanks for the kindness and great dinner from the two lovely people pictured. I will ask you your names next time as I was overwhelmed.

Do not go here! I repeat do not go here! This place is a joke, we loved the old dickeys off of Scottsdale road and where very sad when it shut down. But this place is a disgrace. I ordered the westerner like I would normally get with coleslaw on it but they informed me the don’t have coleslaw as well as a deep fryer so they can’t even make fries!!! When I got the sandwich hone and unwrapped it I was surprised to see almost no meat on the sandwich! It use to come loaded with meat but this was Abbott a bite size portion of meat spread out on a bun! What a joke and a horrible experience, who ever is running this needs to be held accountable by Dickeys corporate office! It was honestly the worse experience at a bbq restaurant, quite possibly my worse experience at any restaurant! I’ll say it one more time, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Ordered thru Door Dash. The brisket tasted like bland roast beef the sausage tasted like a jumbo microwaved hot dog. The Macaroni was ok… NO indication which sauce was spicy/regular! Apparently in route the LIDS came off a few sauces and it was a complete mess!! Spent $25 and after a few bites tossed everything! Maybe going in may he better but I am not a fan. Not the best 1st experience! Still got a hankering for some good Cue’ The hunt is on!!!

I come here for lunch during work a couple times a month. The staff is always really friendly and greets you when you walk in. Very reasonably priced for how much food you get. Make sure to order a drink so you can take home a Dickey’s yellow cup!

I was in the mood for brisket and decided to stop in to Dickey’s BBQ. I will say that their brisket sandwich was extremely delicious. As you are ordering you can see the employees cutting the meat on the other side of the counter. I ordered a brisket sandwich and added mayo, pickles and spicy barbecue sauce.
