My family and I have ordered from this location 3 times. And had to have food redelivered or refunded on multiple occasions. The brisket was about 1/2 fat, with several bones in it. Which is not great when you bite them because you don’t know they’re in there. And it was very burned on one side. They missed the same drink twice in one night. And forgot the desserts as well, and even the pickles. Slow for the delivery and cold because it wasn’t handed to the drivers in a timely fashion. This is highly unacceptable.

Great food and great customer service. The only problem is my food was pretty much being carried off by flies (the flies were terrible inside) and the place was a sticky mess. My friend and I went for lunch and ended up going outside to eat because of the sanitation of the place and the flies. It was at best in being at a pig farm, without the smell of a pig.

I recently had a poor experience with Dickey’s BBQ. Unfortunately, they forgot over half of my catering order, including all of the sides, a bunch of meat, and all of the sauces. When I tried to call to resolve the issue, nobody ever answered. I even had to drive down to the location, where they told me their phones don’t work. When I called from within the store, the phone rang but no employees answered it. Overall, it was a super disappointing experience and I will never order from here again.

Tried to charge us 20.00 more than the menu price for the XL. Charged us 8.25 for the kids meal (menu says 6.99) and found a 3inch squarish piece and two smaller pieces of saran wrap in our meat. When we showed them they said “oh” worst Dickeys EVER.

I brought my granddaughter to Dickeys today after telling her how good it was. Boy were we disappointed. We each had the three rib special and it was terrible. The ribs were lukewarm and dry, the loaded mashed potatoes seemed old as well as the accompanying dinner roll. The okra was the only thing even passable and that almost had an old grease taste. The free ice cream machine is broken and apparently has been for quite some time. The whole place seems dirty and neglected. I can not stress enough how disappointed I was with the decline of what used to be a great place to eat.

I used to love this place, sadly, customer service doesn’t exist anymore. I’ve ordered through Doordash and there have been issues every time. This is out of the hands of Doordash delivery. I ordered boneless wings and received chicken nuggets instead. They did leave a note inside explaining they didn’t have boneless wings. No phone call, and I was charged full price for nuggets that I could get from McDonald’s. Oh, I’m still waiting for a call back from the manager and a partial refund. It’s been over a week. Avoid ordering from this location if you want your order to be correct. Note said “Sorry we don’t have boneless wings but we give you nuggets. I paid $11. 00 for nuggets. Extremely disappointed

On the menu boards half the items are covered with slips of paper as if they are out of half their products. The relish/pickle/BBQ sauce bar is no where to be found. There is a sign that says “free ice cream” but the machine is out of order and I was told that it’s been this way for two years now. We came for the all you can eat ribs on Tue evening and we were told they ran out of ribs. A couple kids work here who seem like they are being tortured. Can’t even work up a smile.

I placed an online order to the Glenwood location in Boise, Idaho. I arrived on time to pick up my order. However, they had not received the order and had no record of it. I had to bring up my phone and show them the order for them to make it. They were then out of three items on my order. Needless to say, I was not very happy and after I got home, we were missing two sides even after all that. This store location is very mismanaged and is need of technical updates. Also, the prices for the amount of food you get is ridiculous!! Will not go back!!

Sadly the recent reviews are true. This place isnt what it used to be. Showed up right when they opened and they werent even ready. Ordered a 3 meat plate, all they had for brisket was a small portion. It wasnt fresh at all. They forgot my roll and also didnt give me any sauce for the brisket. Greatly disappointed and I wasted $20. Overpriced garbage.
