This ordeal was totally outrageous! Before ordering food, I should have checked Google reviews for this location, which is only 2.9, while the rest of the local sites are much higher. Our delivery order was the XL Pack and 15-piece smoked chicken wings. The total was $144.66. We chose ribs, sliced beef and chicken for the 3 meats. After the order was accepted and paid for through PayPal, the Dickey’s webpage highlighted the “food was on the way” (3of 4 steps).

The customer service was great. Set everything out.. When catering food, it should be continously hot with burners. Once i got everything opened for the staff, food was already cold. The macaroni and cheese was the only thing i enjoyed unfortunately.

I decided to try this place for the 1st time. When i ordered online, gave me an option to do curbside so i did. when i got there, i waited and waited. called and they told me no they won’t do it. so i went in to pick up, this lady threw my straw and drink at me with a look and stare down. handed me my bag that had holes in it. didn’t say have a good day or welcome my family in. Got home, gave my son his mac and cheese, he found HAIR in his food. the BBQ beans was so undercooked, my daughter gagged and she loves bbq beans. Worse experience EVER. i hope you guys shut down.
