Great service and great food. I went to the one on county road and they messed up my whole order, I then called the main manager and he said to go to this one and they fixed it ASAP. Meet shannan and Robin, and it was awesome, Robin was amazed DBP does accept Samsung pay. Also shannan, that guys was hustling. I had my food before pay, now that’s fast. The Managers Special was good,.. Sandwiches was delicious and juicy meet, jalapenos bean were spicy how they’re supposed to. Good job cook. Any way the only disappointment is that i have to carry a paper for rewards. Fyi DBP it’s the 21st century and everything is done by apps. Please have an app with rewards integrated. And I’ll be here everyday just ask your neighbor Firehouse . Thanks for lunch. See y’all next time, partner.

Update – Dickey’s contacted me and apologized – offered me 300 loyalty points for giving me an uneatable meal, lol. $40 uneatable meal and they think 300 loyalty is an even trade, ha! Two days after the fact, they say the owner would replace the meat if I bring it back. Two days later?? And, I have to take my time to correct THEIR mistakes? Disappointing and lame attempt at customer service.

The only problem was the girl at the drive thru. I asked her to hold on I was transferring money. Meaning don’t run my card yet and she did it 4 times in a row causing my card to get locked. I had to go inside where someone else helped me. I should have done that in the first place.
