My Brother Went To Dickey’s To Get Us Some Food For After Church Service. I Asked For A Chop Beef Sandwich. They Sent Me Some Chop Beef In A Cup And He Asked For Some Ribs And Recieved Brisket Instead. I called Dickey’s The Lady Said Bring Us Your Receipt And We Will Take A Look At It, WRONG RESPONSE!!!! Who In There Right Mind Wants To Get Back Out In The Hot Heat To Come Bring You A Receipt To Look At!! The Order Should Of Been Fixed Right The First Time!!! I ordered the family bundle and what I received was only enough to feed 2 people. I ordered fries as one of the sides and they were nasty not cooked all the way the Mac & cheese was the best patt of the food.

I’ve been to many Dickey’s locations, but this one is my favorite. Not because of the food (that is always good), but because of the staff here. They are personable, considerate, and helpful to one another. I witnessed them working as a team and communicating with one another to provide customers with minimal wait time. I rarely see that in this area, huge kudos to them and the management team at this location.

I went to get food after work for me and my husband. The food was good but on the other hand what is in my gallon of tea the same gallon of tea they filled from the canisters that are on the dining room floor to serve dine in customers from! This is totally disgusting I dont even know what that is makes me regret eating my food before seeing this and thinking if this is the tea I can imagine the care their taking with the food!!!!

Who knew they had soft serve ice cream! Great way to top off some BBQ. This location in Midland TX has “onion tanglers” which is a cluster of onion rings – very tasty. The BBQ is good, on par with other large chains. Explore some local spots first, but in a pinch a little Dickeys will quench your thirst for meat.
