Was in town for work ordered to go. Worst Dickeys I’ve had. The “pork” was questionable to say the least. My meal was cold. Meat color was off and texture was off. The bun was completely soaked & soggy. I couldn’t even finish it. My “sweet” tea was also most certainly unsweet. pecan pie was a blob wrapped in plastic. No utensils for to go. Pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I give the 3 stars for the amazing customer service and quickness and cleanliness of the place. Otherwise I’m not a fan of the food definitely needs more flavor in the brisket and could be a little more tender. But most people seem to like this place hints why I gave it a try the great reviews but my honest opinion I wasn’t a fan of the food. I got the brisket Mac stack and majority of the brisket was the fat and honestly no flavor.

Solid, consistent sides and rarely a wait. Dickey’s has barbecue down to a science, which means you know what you are going to get each time. It would be fun if they were allowed a little bit more room to experiment. Jalapeño beans are available but not listed on the menu, you have to ask. I’d love jalapeño mac and cheese, I’ve asked, I’d have to make it spicy myself. Staff is friendly and courteous, trays could use some more frequent cleaning though.
