For one my ribs was meatless nothing but bone, the jalapeño cheese sausage wasn’t what I expected but eatable, and for two I ordered an extra side of jalapeño cheese sausage and received regular sausage. I usually have a good experience with dickeys, but I only ate at the one in Orange, TX but I’m not ever ordering from this location again.

To start, the Dickey’s chain has been one of the most reliable in my experience. Are they going to blow your mind? No, but you know what to expect and the food is pretty good. This location has been one of the better ones near me. While usually too busy for extended conversation, they make sure to greet you and get your order out correctly. Occasionally they run out of items, but that seems to be anywhere you go these days. My usual go to is the westerner sandwich plate with baked potato casserole and fried okra. My only major issues have been getting them via door dash. Definitely order in building.

Been looking for some good ribs since my favorite barbecue, Ribs Restaurant (Pappa’s) change their Rib supplier and the quality went nose diving down. Dickey’s ribs are better than I thought and a reasonable price. Bay Area Boulevard location.

I was in the mood for beef brisket and decided to give this place a try (I ordered the brisket sandwich). The brisket was very dry and I assumed that the brisket already had sauce on it but, I ordered extra sauce on the side as well and good thing I did because the sandwich was dry and plain.

I’ve never had an issue before but the meat I received tonight (through ubereats) was at best undercooked if not entirely raw. For the record I ordered the burnt brisket ends. Had to throw the whole thing away and feel sick to my stomach after taking a bite on accident.

It has been said that this Dickey’s location doesn’t smoke its own BBQ—well folks, proof is the pudding. The BBQ is great, very tasty. I was allowed to take these photos by the manager because I asked the same thing. He asked me if I wanted to see for myself and take some photos for proof. People are very nice, and great customer service.

This is not the first time….Ribs had no meat! Just bones. No bread, brisket was just fat. Called and the store manager, was less than apologetic. Very disappointed. Hell of a lot money for less than mediocre food. This was the last chance fo Dickeys.

I used to love coming in here. I usually sit down and if I don’t, I’ll go through the drive thru. Made me feel of a burden trying to sit down inside and eat. Packed up my food to go and made it awkward. So I left and ate in my vehicle. Won’t be back anytime soon after this ordeal.
