Placed a Togo order. Man at the counter argued with me about what I ordered. He handed me my food and said to have a good day, I said I ordered two drinks as well. He said you only ordered one. I said no we ordered 2 drinks and showed him the receipt. Went to fill up the drinks and thought to check the food and there was no BBQ sauce. So I asked him to for the BBQ sauce, he said he personally packed the food and it was at the bottom. I said no sir, I ordered 4 more and paid extra for extra sauce. He said it was at the bottom of the bag, again. So I unpacked everything and showed him. He proceeded to hand me two sauces. I said there’s should be six. So he handed me two more. I had to tell him again that we ordered 6 sauces and he said , no you ordered 4. Each meal is supposed to come with a sauce tho. I really don’t understand why I had to fight to get what we paid for and why he was so argumentative about it. Seemed like his boss was standing right there too and he didn’t say a word about it or this man’s attitude. I’ve left negative reviews on this business before because of the poor service and quality of food. The food was fine today but this may have been the last chance this business gets from us.

I have eaten here many times and the quality of the bbq is very consistent and portions are good. I prefer the brisket and sausage, however the pulled pork is great. Never been very crowded during my visits, so service is fast and the staff are always very friendly. Thanks for a quick, but great meal.

I came in for a side to hold me over for a lunch meeting 2hours away. But after the interaction with the Dickey’s crew, I knew I had to have the pulled pork plate. And I absolutely have nooooooo regrets!!!!!!!! Great food and great staff!!!!! Great experience!!!!!
