Absolutely horrible. I sent my son to get rib plate while I was preparing for work and this is what I got. No sauce just dried out bones. Sad for $20.55. Called store to speak with manager and of course you only get a voice recorder.

I will never be back I absolutely had the worse experience in my life here! They are not equipped to be open for business. I spent $70 here plus $8 tip and they didn’t have anything I ordered and they couldn’t refund my money. I will never be back I had to just eat what they had. CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE!

Teenagers run this store. Food was the worst I’ve ever had at any Dickey’s restaurant. Out of burnt ends, so got Brisket which was dry & inedible. Chicken was also super dry. Bun for sandwich was stale. Beans and potato salad tasted off. The only things that were good were the okra & the iced tea. Nothing was stocked, and when we went, it was 11am on a Sunday, so it’s not like they had been busy & just ran out of stuff. Both ended up with a stomach ache a couple hours after eating there. Worst Dickey’s location I’ve ever visited. Won’t be going back.
