This is incredibly overpriced and bland. I got a kids meal and decided to get an additional side of mac and cheese for myself. It literally came in a condiment cup and was about 3-4 bites (max!) of the most bland macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had. I prefer the box mac and cheese compared to this. And those couple of bites cost me $3.50. Altogether I spent $14 and some change on a kids meal and a tiny scoop of a side. And the toast that came with the kids meal and was 1/3 of the meal? It was the heel of the bread. It wasn’t even touched. What kind of restaurant serves that? I won’t be returning. At those prices I can get a significantly better quality of food elsewhere.

The food was pretty bad. Worst experience I’ve had at Dickey’s. Ordered 2 2-meat plates with the yellow cups through the app. We didn’t get yellow cups. We were told that the owner no longer has yellow cups at this location and said there was nothing they could do about it. They had the drinks ready for pickup; however, one of the drinks were wrong and both were so watered down. Couldn’t even make out what they were. Had to empty them and refill ourselves, and one was still pretty watered downed. We tried the potato casserole for the first time and it was just a plain mashed potatoes with no seasoning or anything added. The chicken and brisket were so dry. The brisket flavor wasn’t the worst but the chicken had no taste. We just moved to Texas and this is our first experience with Dickey’s here. We’ve had it multiple times in other states and nothing compared to this. I don’t want to generalize and say Dickey’s in Texas is bad, but this was a terrible representation. Never going back to this location and probably won’t have Dickey’s here again.

Extremely disappointed with the rib plate meal. They were beef not pork. The barbecue beans were just baked beans from a can. The baked potato casserole was soupy and didn’t taste good. I have always loved Dickey’s Barbecue in the past but this didn’t even come close to the quality that I was expecting.

I love Dickey’s barbecue, all the meats are cook to perfection! I love the flavor! This is a pretty new location, it is a small location but it’s got everything you need! It’s nice and modern with a great view! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were super fast! They also have a small bar area with several draft beers! They have a drive-tru as well! We will be coming back for sure!

Ordered pulled pork sandwhich combo… got super dry brisket. Burnt bun, no butter on the bun. I ordered with loaded mashed potato – seemed like instant, not mixed at all… 4 pieces of shredded cheese onions and bacon on top… also no pepper or salt. Nothing at all said Dickey’s except the receipt. No famous yellow cup or signature bag. Extremely disappointed. Do not go here.

The ribs were so salty they could barely be eaten. The beans tasted like generic pork and beans from a can. Their wings were just chicken fingers with barbecue sauce on the side and a super small thing of macaroni and cheese in a condiment cup. I do not recommend purchasing from the store. The food was terrible and it was just terrible.

I have not been to dickeys in a hot minute and my son and I had decided to stop at the new one in Presidio in FTW and eat since we were exhausted from grocery shopping. It is so cute. It has a full service bar with 2.00 Michelob drafts all day on Sundays and kids eat free. My son and I ate under $20 and the people were so nice!!! Especially the manager! I didn’t take advantage today of the beer but we will definitely be back! So glad we stopped!

Didn’t know it was possible to make chopped brisket dryer than my ex, yet they somehow managed. Also, the tea was old and tasted like mildew.

Been going here since it opened, it was great the first year. Now it’s terrible, ordered a full rack of ribs, didn’t get any bbq sauce or pickles. My sides of Mac and cheese, baked potato casserole were terrible. They should just close and call it a day.
