I just left here and I am super full. The sandwich had just a right amount of taste. It was fairly juicy not a lot of fat. But I like the fat regardless, mixed with the barbecue sauce adding a little bit of sweetness as well, made it really delicious. The fries were fresh out of the fryer nice and hot, with the right amount of seasoning. The staff was super friendly and honestly not sure why the bad reviews. I have had nasty food in the past from other locations, this one was very decent. The place was clean and organized, and there was a fair amount of items to choose from. I will say I kind of wished they didn’t put bacon in their mashed potatoes, as I do not eat pork, but getting the fries was the next best option.

This was the worst Dickey’s I have ever been to. The food was old and over cooked and the two sides I ordered (green beans and mashed potatoes were so spicy I couldn’t eat it. It was so hot in there that if I could have eaten the food I would have been miserable. The two guys that were behind the counter were more interested in talking about sports and not concerned about the customer standing in front of them. Waste of money.

It’s no wonder this store changes management/ownership so often. I asked the guys there how long they cook their brisket for; their response, “4 to 6 hrs.” It was like eating beef jerky with BBQ sauce on it. When i asked if i could get something else, they said they didn’t have anything else. This was 3rd and last time we’ll eat there. So sad

Walked in and sat at the counter for 5 to 10 mins waiting to be helped while 2 guys were in the back. One finally walked up to the front after i had already walked out. I understand if youre busy but to look at me and not say anything is just terrible service.

I bought 1/2 pound of brisket, and 1/2 polish sausage, the little kids they had working there gave it wasn’t even a whole link of sausage cut up into very thin pieces,all together I don’t think it was enough to feed my 3 yr old granddaughter, and I paid $29 , it wasn’t worth my money.
