The brisket and beans are good. The chicken and ribs are is dry. Spicy sauce and sweet sauces are good. Customer service was fine. The problem is the cost. Prepare for fast food meals at fine dining prices. $60+ for two adults and two toddlers. Typically we spend half that at other similar bbq places. Kind of cruel to sell $1 per slice of bread. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went here and ordered ribs. I asked the server are the ribs wet or dry? She says they are wet. I asked if they smoked their ribs and she says they cook them in an oven cause their smoker is broken. I should’ve left right then. But I’m trying to support the business so we order ribs. The ribs were dry because they did not have sauce on them and then they were undercooked because they cook them in an oven. Me being a bbq pit master myself, I will say that this place shouldn’t be called a bbq restaurant. They sell bbqish foods but miss the mark of the food being bbq.

This Dickies always has slow service. They will have one person in the drive thru and ask you to wait. Went by there 10 mins before 11am, waiting patiently in the drive thru, the lady comes on to tell me they are not open….Really ???

I ordered a 35 person potato bar for my staff and was beyond happy with the service and food! It was delivered with all the toppings fresh and with plates and silverware! Will be ordering again for sure!

Worse service I’ve had from anywhere in a long time. One of the items ordered was a loaded baked potato and all I heard was them complaint about how it is going to take 30 minutes to make and that it’s pointless to even be making one baked potato. And they made sure to tell me multiple times “you do realize that this is going to take 30 minutes to make right”. I told them yes you have already told me how long it will take. And they just grunted and walked away. Do not go to this place after 6 they apperently think it is pointless to make what the customer ordered and they will make that known. Also multiple people were sitting on the counters in the back where they prepare the food. That is in no way sanitary.

The food was okay, most everything was luke warm or cold. The rolls and Texas toast were hard and nasty. But overall everything was still edible .. Our issue came when #1 we got home from getting curbside(which we had to go inside for, it wasn’t brought out to us), and we were missing every single side. They gave everyone a soggy bag of waffle fries. Only two people ordered those. I understand accidents happen so we tried to call. Tried 3 times nobody answered. So we drove back. The lady behind the counter insisted I was lying even after I showed her our order.We even told them we were given extra fries that nobody ordered and offered to return them so we could get our actual sides.Eventually after arguing with her for 15 minutes she gave us the 5 Mac and cheeses we were missing. Then when I tried to tell her we were still missing the baked beans everyone ordered again a 15 minute argument. Eventually we got the mac and cheese and baked beans we were missing and left… Overall, The food wasn’t that great but was edible. The service though was a nightmare. I wish I knew that ladies name I would call corporate.( She wasn’t wearing a name tag and nobody was in their uniform.) That is not costumers service. She was beyond rude, basically called me a liar and I’m pretty sure she was the manager. Never ordering from there again. Period. We didn’t ask for anything other than what we ordered and paid for. Wasted over 100$ on bad food and worse service.
