It was OK. There’s nothing to rave about. The staff was kind, honest, and informative, for the quality, it honestly seemed overpriced. Felt inside wasn’t the cleanest (big dead bug in the bathroom), so we sat on the patio. Visited from out of town but wouldn’t return.

I came to this location to pick up a catered order. The gentleman that were helping made the order fresh and helped me load it. My church members loved the food. Both the brisket and the chicken were tender and delicious. I like how they chopped the brisket and the cubed the chicken.

I paid 30 bucks for two potatoes I asked for extra butter, cheese and chives and sour cream . With CHOPPED BRISKET . I get home home I had to add butter because I had NO BUTTER AT ALL! Hardly any chives and the brisket was not chopped , as you can see! I called to speak with the manager , I explain this to her she laughs and continues laughing telling me she did put extra butter and chives as you can see there’s was none of tht. I ask for my money back she tells me she won’t give me my money bad was disrespectful ! I’m truly upset please don’t waste your money at THIS dickeys ! They were all children in there and don’t do right. I WANT MY MONEY BACK she didn’t not try to find a resolution she just laughed. Smh can’t tell you the rage I feel.

This location on Carrier has zero customer service! No greeting, no thank you for your order or a smile nope! I ordered online but they treated me like they were giving me food for free, hiding my order until I could pull my email.. especially the white lady, with a stinking altitude 24/7. She could be great jail warden with that attitude. This is my 2nd and last interaction with this place.

I had Dickies in Fort worth today it was excellent. I wanted my husband to have what I had so I stopped in Grand Prairie, it was a mess coleslaw was dry the beans spilled all over the bag. The meat was cut so fat it was horrible, my slice beef sandwich was a mess and s soggy. Maybe I should of stopped at the Fort Worth again. Employees pay attention how you pack your to go. What a waste of 25.00. Very disappointed!!!

Went in an ordered a 2 meat plate that was priced at 14.00 on the menu but when I asked about the 1 meat plate being the same price I was told that the menu prices were wrong and that the register prices were accurate. I was charged 15.00 for the 2 meat plate even though the menu said 14.00 which is falsifying information. The lady had a very nasty attitude when I asked for the managers name and stated she couldn’t give me that information . I know 1 dollar isn’t much but just imagine how much extra money can be racked up by overcharging customers. I asked could I have a courtesy drink due to the overcharged price and she flat out said no. Customer service is horrible at this location.

It amazes me how these establishment chose 20 year old unexperienced kids to be over anything placed an uber eat order the girl gave it to door dash and literally refused to reimburse me or remake my order for Uber driver. I called and conversed with a lead assistant named Ryan and he could not intelligently tell me what I ordered or the name, but yet he was in a leadership role, then he came back and said this has been happening to us alot, which also threw me, so my question to him was at what point will you take action to correct it so it does not keep happening, of course with a nasty attitude his reply was talk to Uber, well all knows best because if their service is rotten maybe their food in this Dicke”s is too. Dodged this food poison.
