Located off 380(University) right next to Starbucks and directly across from Kroger. Small, quaint and very clean. I got the sausage plate with string beans and potato salad. The sandwich was stacked pretty high with sausage. The potato salad had the right creamy to chunky ratio although I did think the string beans were a little spicy for my taste. The staff was A1. Very polite and friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they took the time to make some suggestions without being snarky or seemingly irritated by my indecision. I will have to come back and try the loaded potato next time. They even have a function room available!

This Dickey’s is unbelievably awful…. I’ve been to pickup, out of items often and food just does not taste right. Ribs full of fat, brisket that is super chewy and tough— particular order tonight I got a two meat plate— of course one meat missing and fries were a pile of grease. Disgusting and waste of money, I won’t be back.

Ordered the large potato with chopped brisket, butter, sour cream, cheese, extra pickle and bbq sauce. Received 2 undercooked potatoes, dry and crusty brisket, 1 oz of butter and sour cream each, no pickles and no bbq sauce. Tried to eat it but it was awful. Will never spend another $1 at this company.

It was so refreshing to have great service from the two young men working today. Especially Bijesh —caught his name before we left— he was a genuine, kind human being to everyone he interacted with.

Our meal was disgusting. Some food was room temperature, they were out of a lot of things, the service took forever and was super slow, several carbonate drinks we flat, and there was no ice. They wouldn’t even give me a refund for just drinks when I asked for it to compensate for everything else. As my husband and I were eating we even saw a customer walk in order his food sit down for about 1 and a half to 2 minutes and then walk out throwing everything away. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations and this was just our second time visiting Dickey’s BBQ on 380 in Frisco cause the first time we went they were opening and we had the same experience!! Truly disappointed!!!

Went there around lunchtime. Ordered the sliced beef sandwiches. The meat smelled horrible, like a septic tank. We returned it and got a refund. Obviously very old and tainted meat. Never ever will go back ! Would give it a negative star.

Disappointed. I ordered a pick up order. My baked potato was undercooked and hard. Hard to mix in the other ingredients too. They didn’t include forks, so we couldn’t eat our food. When I walked in to pick up the order, the 2 employees were sitting at tables on their phones. They obviously could had time to include silverware.

The only reason I went here on a Tuesday night was because I purchased a discount on Groupon and I still feel like I was ripped off! Half a pound of brisket for $14 is incredibly expensive and it was the driest meat in the state. It was practically inedible and definitely old meat that was probably cooked the day before. I honestly don’t know how they can serve this old, dry brisket to their customers. On top of the horrible brisket, the dinner rolls were about as hard as a brick. On the positive side, the Mac n cheese was quite good along with the jalapeno n cheddar sausage. Avoid their high priced brisket unless you like day old, dry meat.

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a Dickey’s location. The brisket and chicken were extremely dry. They didn’t give us any BBQ sauce and I paid for extra. The potato casserole tasted old and flavorless. I ordered a salad because it was available on this location’s website as available. Instead they gave me green beans. Why not just refund the salad and let us know at pick up that salad was unavailable? We called to get a refund on the inedible food and missing sauces and the lady who answered the phone hung up 3 times instead of finishing the conversation. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. IT IS AWFUL!!
