My 1st time there. The first employee was a little mean. As you see in the picture he gave me 2 fresh pieces and 2 old pieces of ribs. The banana pudding taste like jello no-bake, but tasted ok. The Mac & Cheese and potato salad was good. The green beans were Awesome! The second employee was very nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back! But maybe at a different location.

I have NEVER gone to a Dickey’s with such a low calibre of service. We walked in when the doors opened. I ordered a rib plate. They were very small and dry. My four year old’s rib was much bigger than two of the three I received. The butcher seemed aggravated that I wasn’t satisfied with my cut. Later, after trying to enjoy my food, my husband noticed I wasn’t eating and asked for a refund. There’s no way the food should’ve been cold upon opening for business. I wouldn’t recommend it. It could’ve just been a bad moment. IDK.

Have lived five minutes away from this location for almost five years. It’s hidden away from the road but thanks to Google maps it showed up. The staff was friendly and happy. Talked way longer than I should have. Definitely closer than the two others I’ve been going to in McKinney and Richardson.

I walked in to 4workers. The big ugly guy didn’t greet us but looking at us cutting meat. The women just looking at us as well ( didn’t greet us) either but after standing there for 20mins I asked was someone going to help us. The big ugly guys said yes which made the two girls look at each other. I’m not sure if my black skin wasn’t welcomed there but we got out of there fast. How rude!!! Even when I spoke no one said anything… I wish to give them 0 stars..

Not only was it reasonable because of the help that they gave us to pick out the XXL family packs, but also it was ready with all the plates, cups, and utensils needed for everyone exactly on time for pickup.
