This is by far the worst Dickey’s I have ever been to. I will not be returning. I placed an order at 11:10, 10 minutes after they opened, for 16 wings and an order of fries. I drove there after putting an 11:30 pickup time online. My food had not even been started and the restaurant was empty. I got my food at 11:50, and the order was wrong. I got my actual correct order at 12:20, more than an hour after I had placed a small order and they weren’t busy the whole time I was there. The most depressing part was my fries. I payed $4.50 for an order of fries and the small bag they came in was 1/3rd full of fries. I could have held them all in the palm of my hand and had room for me. For almost $5?!? And they must have been the first thing done because they were cold when I picked up the first, incorrect order. Don’t waste your money or time coming here, there are a million and one better places in New Orleans to go to.

This place is horrible. They messed up my order the first time I went in to dine in. Then I thought to give them a second chance but the fat guy at the back doesn’t know what he is doing. I will never come back to this place. And to think I brought my family there to experience a great time. We had a hell of a time. We won’t be steeping foot in that horrible place. Also our order was so messed up that we end up leaving and they still owe us items. They said they didn’t have enough utensil or napkins as well. This place is horrible. I will contact Corp because this was by far the ugliest experience my family and I had. The brisket and pull pork were horrible and my ribs had a green thing on top of them. Never again.

Dickies is the literal definition of Hit or Miss. If you’re consistent with your product, take care of people, have good portions for a good value. People will show up in mass for your product. But if your product is mediocre, overcooked, undercooked the exact opposite of consistent, then people will not visit your establishment. It is quite simple.

Atmosphere very fitting for bbq place, staff very nice, food was cold, fries had more grease then potato; though the brisket was delish… even cold. Got it as take out, live literally 3 minutes away, went straight home, food should have still been hot/warm at least. Overall, really let down because they have a very good reputation.

We ordered dinner and couldn’t wait for it. We were given the wrong food. It was awful. It’s expensive and was not worth any of the money that was paid!! Horrible Horrible Horrible. My husband had meat plate and didn’t even want to finish it. I was so excited for the sausage and chicken and of course I got Mac and cheese sausage, what was that. So disappointed so not worth it. Stay away buy something else
