Clean and smells so good in here! Staff was friendly saw the owner working too and they are all so positive. Just felt great might be the busiest Dickey’s I’ve been into and I can see why. My brisket was so moist and my jalepeno kielbasa sandwich was so tasty. I recommend adding Mac to the brisket and on top of the meat on your sandwich. Gotta try the ribs next time.

Absolutely great experience with their catering recently for a work event. We had a pretty limited budget and so I was surprised to find Dickey’s within the budget. Not only was the food on-time, warm and delicious, but the servings were very generous. I ordered what they said was enough food for 20 people when I knew we had 21 people. Everyone was fed, some people had seconds and we still had leftovers! In summary: Great food, great service, great price!

Zero for two. We ordered takeout a few months ago and I don’t recall the details but when we got home the order was screwed up. Decided to give ’em another try tonight. Ordered online, picked up in store, brought home and… Both orders were missing sides. The sides are on the receipt but not in the order. Two strikes you’re out. 1 star and I’m not going back.

I have ordered from Dickey’s many times and usually spend anywhere from $80 to $100 so my family of 5 all get what they individually like. Each time I’ve had small issues. I’ve chosen to overlook some of them, but the times I have spoken to a staff member the customer service has been good. My only criticism would be I think those that are fulfilling the online or in app orders should pay attention to quantities a little closer. My order last night did not give me exactly what I asked for, but the food was delicious as usual.

Ordered the brisket mac n cheese and there was no meat just a pile of blubbery fat on the mac n cheese. SO NASTY! The fries were an order of salt with a side of fried potatoes. WHAT HAPPENED? 6/27 11am, I was a regular. Not likely to go back. Lights so dim I had to use my phones flashlight it try and find meat but to no avail there was non to be found.
