Go to Famous Dave’s or Arkins if you live near there. Anywhere is better than here, dry brisket and pulled pork, plus they keep leaving the condiments off my order. Where’s my pickles, onions and peppers. This is dry! And stingy with the sauces too, just close down.

I stopped in last week because I had a coupon for a free pulled pork sandwich with the purchase of a pop. Wow. The sandwich was really flavorful and tender. On top of that they packed that thing with meat! I got the sweet barbecue sauce and a side of mac and chee. It was so good that I stopped back today without a coupon. Will continue to eat lunch there. Great service from the staff, and the Owner..? Please stop by there. You wont be sorry

The employees were nice! I went here at the end of the day and was a little disappointment by the quality of my food. I got a fully loaded potato but I think because it was the end of the day it was one that had been sitting there for hours.

I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious! Came with a side of cole slaw that was nothing short of fabulous…unfortunately it a small container…LOL! There were several BBQ sauces and I selected a sweet and smokey one…very yummy!! We had it delivered and it was on time and we were very pleased!

Driest, smallest ribs ever. And they only gave us 2 out of 3 meals. Worst food. Green beans sit in water all day? Everything was cold. Never again. Had to drive all the way back for missing meal

This was our first time trying Dickey’s, and we always like trying different BBQ sauces — SO it was a shock that neither of our two-meat plates came with any sauce!? Kinda killed our reason to order from a BBQ 🙁 The restaurant had already closed by the time our order arrived, so perhaps staff was rushed with our order – but $36 (before taxes and tip and delivery) was painful when we could only enjoy the sides. It’s like expecting a grilled cheese sandwich with no cheese. We weren’t going to post a review, but it seems missing items is a theme for the negative reviews we are seeing at this Novi location specifically with deliveries – hope the owner and manager look into this.
