I’ve eaten at this Dickey’s in the past (and even used their services for corporate catering events) but I was beyond unhappy with my experience today. The associate was visibly bored and disinterested, the floor was sticky, and myself and the other patrons in line were visibily uncomfortable with it. The customer in line ahead of me was with his son, and the associate was extremely blase about wings (what the child wanted to order) being out – not so much as a token apology after. Then I got my food. All of my sauces were left out of my order – including the ones I paid extra for – leaving the meat flavorless and almost too dry to eat. The fries (my chosen side) were a congealed mess in their container and lukewarm to boot. I’d be more understanding if the restaurant was experiencing a rush, but I was one of the only customers present at all. That should’ve perhaps been a sign.

I ordered two meals to go from Dickey’s website. I set up my order to be ready at a specific time. I arrived 10 minutes late and I still had to wait on my food to be ready. I was 1 of 2 customers inside.

The food was excellent although pricey, the guy running the register taking our order had lost his enthusiasm. Customer service was a bit lacking. Make people feel welcomed at your establishment. Great food just tweak your service a bit to stay successful.

I order bisket sandwiches and some lemon pepper wings I very disappointed the time I made it home ready to eat my dinner my wings was so hard and dry I couldn’t even bite them and the brisket sandwiches was dry I had to throw it away If I recalled I payed 19.30 that’s alot money to be throwing away
