I ordered through Door Dash, but that does not explain the poor quality of what I received. I requested green beans and got baked beans instead. I do not like baked beans, so those went in the trash. I paid for extra BBQ sauce and did not get it. The chicken was okay, but it would have been a lot better if I got the BBQ I was charged for. My toast was soggy because they packaged it inside the box with the chicken, directly in top of it. It was essentially wet and thus inedible. I paid way too much for some mediocre chicken and some cole slaw. Will not order from here again. Sadly it’s just another place that will happily take your money but could care less about what they give you in return.

I am not sure what is going on with this location, but it is in shambles. The place is dirty and on 2 recent visits there has been exactly 1 employee working in the store. The employees are working hard but they can’t keep up with folks that come in. The food is pretty good (the brisket and Mac & cheese), but not up to the standards that we are accustomed to at other dickies locations. It seems like the owner isn’t interested in keeping this location open. Lastly, the owner does not honor dickies gift cards, which are purchased at places like Costco, there is a tiny little sign at the register that states this, so after you order then you find out, nice.

I’ll start with the employee taking orders/plating the food and taking payment. He doesn’t listen well. It’s cool to chit chat with customers but you have to listen period. He forgot the Texas toast and I reminded him. He was about to give me cold fries. They had been sitting in the fry basket over the grease since I walked in. It was 2 people ahead of me before I ordered. I asked for fresh french fries. The order was for 2 french fries. Dude had to drop another batch of fries and then was going to charge me for it. Mind you I paid $21+ for the meal which was $5+ of taxes and probably the fries he thought he didn’t charge me for. Get my plate and everything accepted the fries was cold. We didn’t finish eating. We just threw away. While sitting there a customer calls in upset about an order where things were missing. Shift supervisor was explaining to him about customer service and wanting to keep the customer happy. Dude was just talking. Fast forward while I was waiting on my order the owner comes in and he is talking to her. She told him to focus on the orders.

First of all I waited 10 minutes to even get my order because I guess someone before me had a large order. I’m pretty sure the person who did take my order was either drunk, high or had a hang over, because he asked me 3 times what I ordered. Now, for the food, it was HORRIBLE. I ordered the competition plate.The sauce was bad, the brisket was DRY! I couldn’t even finish. I’m sorry but this was such a fail on so many levels. We will not return.

The owner of this site is extremely greedy and provides horrible customer service. Twice i have tried to use online coupons i have received a a member of their Yellow Cup club or whatever it is. Twice i have placed my online order, used the code, paid for my meal, driven 15 miles to the store to get my order and had the owner, who doesn’t even have the guts to face customers but makes his employees have to do his dirty work, tell me they don’t honor discounts.

Placed an online order at 12:15 and it said to wait for 20 minutes walked in at 12:30 and the guy taking orders hadn’t even pulled the ticket yet! They told us it would be another 20 minutes so we go and wait in the car and come back in at 12:50…still wasn’t done! Come back 10 minutes later and my meat was just sitting on the side not bagged and no sides in sight. Finally here I am at 1:14 FINALLY leaving with my food. One of the most disorganized and unprofessional services I’ve had in a while. Sitting in a parking lot for an hour for some pulled pork and baked beans is RIDICULOUS
