Not a pleasant experience. Used UberEats. Received a DoorDash order that was obviously not even close to mine. Called location, as initially, I figured, I could go pick up my own order. There was no manager on shift. The employee who answered the call denied even receiving my order, though an order had magically arrived at my house?!?!

I ordered online,and drove 30 miles to pick it up. Total Bill $76.86. One meal wasn’t even included and 3 meals were missing items. I called store and spoke to Management, I was told they couldn’t help me.What a waste of Time. One order was Burned (Chicken Wings, I ordered Boneless buy got traditional). I will never return. I’d advise choosing a different place to spend money at.

I can’t think of anything from here I’ve eater that I haven’t liked. Today I ordered a pulled pork/chicken combo and a pork, rib and jalapeño cheddar sausage combo with baked beans, mac n cheese and okra. Since I don’t eat okra, I can’t testify to that. Very friendly and patient people, especially when you don’t go there often. Give these folks a try.

I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick up my order (40 minutes later) I was told they did not have half of my order because they had run out of ribs, wings and sides. I asked to cancel my order and have it refunded. They agreed. A week later I noticed the charge was still on my card. I called the store and asked again to have it refunded. The manager found my order and agreed to fully refund the order. Weeks went by and I eventually had to file a dispute with my CC company to get my money back.

So all I wanted was a loaded baker… As you can see it is on the menu but when I ordered it I was told by the young man that they don’t sell much and they have to throw some out at the end of the night so I could not order one. It’s simple to me just offer what you are truly selling. Really disappointed

Placed an order online at 8. Said they closed at 9. Order never updated. Waited to go in tunic 8:40 and there was absolutely no food in site. Everything was put up. They looked like they saw a ghost when I walked in. Took them about 5 min to find where they put my food. It was super cold and you could tell it was just also sat in the drive thru for 10 min trying to pick it up there. No one answered and then walking in the girl had a headset on… someone needs to fix this location fast

The chicken, brisket, and BBQ were delicious! I love the fact that you get a cook cup to take with you as well! Anthony was so awesome! He was polite, made great food recommendations, and was so sweet to our baby girl! Thank you for a great experience and for feeding us lunch AND dinner! We will be back!

Wow such a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Spent $80 for our 4th of July meal. Drove 30 miles to get our food. Didn’t get one three meat meal. Ordered Boneless wings for our grandchildren got bone in wings that were so hard even the dog wouldn’t eat them. No potatoe salad for 2 meals. No pickles on any meal. The nacho sausage sandwich was jalapeño sausage with no cheese or pickles. I can’t eat spicy food. So had to get fast food for2 adults an 2 grand babies .When I called an spoke to Mgr. At 2:30 . Said she would refund the one meal to our card. Nothing else. We ended up spending another $28 at McDonald’s just so all had food. Wouldn’t recommend going here. So upset just ruined the whole day!!!!!!! Should of went to Daddy Joe’s in Gaffney.

The food is amazing. The employees are so nice. The place is small but very clean. I recommend the jalapeno kielbasa with pulled pork sandwich. It’s amazing. Everything I’ve tried from the meats to the sides are great.

Everything we bought was amazing! The brisket melted in your mouth. Jalapenos sausage was a big hit also. We also got smoked chicken breast, wings and ribs. Delicious!
