We had an amazing dining experience here. This restaurant is so cozy in all it’s Italian decor and ambiance. We felt so special beginning with cloth napkins and incredible music, Italian dressing was perfect as was the original calzone(best one ever), shared Spumoni ended this fine lunch. This was truly fantastic including a table side visit from the Chef(remarkable) and staff matched in elegance. What an amazing dining experience….left us feeling very special.

Nice environment, has an Italian touch, but should I remind you that Dicicco’s is Americanized food. I ordered a Clam Chowder and it was pretty good. Thank you for that, could of been a bit more creamier. Lasagna was the main dish and it was very good, bread was soft and warm, Thank you. I’ve read most of thee reviews and to bad for the customers who had a bad experience, cause being my first time here, it was 4 stars, yes I do recommend this Restaurant.

The Calzoni was very good and it appeared to be deep fried. The sauce was on the outside which I had never had a Calzone like that before bit turned out great. The reason I give it a 3 stars is because my coworker got the small pizza and the dough was not fresh. The bread at the table was not done and a little doughy. I would love to try the dinner selection maybe it’s better.

Ordered online and ordered lasagna but got the pasta combo…was sure I pushed the lasagna but maybe the buttons are too close. Anyhow asked for forks..didn’t get any and when I called they said they don’t give out forks..also didn’t send butter… Again not a problem but when you’re used to getting it it was noticeably missing. The worst restaurant ever. Everything was bad .The house salad looked sad nothing but lettuce maybe the should look up images to see what it should look like . Pizza tasted like cardboard. dough on crust was hard they put so much cheese on it to kill the bad taste of the pizza . Also ordered a meat ball sandwich took ever to come bread was so hard could have broken a tooth.And the waitress she had her day’s very rude.

They don’t have an AC unit for as long as I can remember. It doesn’t take much to heat up uncomfortably after a glass of wine. Had a customer behind me abruptly leave stating that she couldn’t handle it anymore after asking for a cold drink.

How does this place even stay in business? Absolutely some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Zero ability to be friendly, take an order correctly and actually speak coherent enough to repeat the order making sure everything is correct. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. Never again will I do business with them. Placed an order at 4.13pm with a very rude individual, was told thirty minute delivery, I know better than that so I patiently waited, one hour passed still no food, I called and was told it should arrive shortly,,, another hour passed and I called again, spoke to three different people trying to find out about my food,,,, only to be told that the order had never been processed. Two hours of waiting for food that was never going to actually show up. This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. The owner’s should take more pride in who they hire, every employee is a representative of the business and apparently they set their standards very low. Gina was extremely apologetic and I appreciate that but the other two girls I don’t have names for that I spoke to absolutely need to be fired for lying to me and causing me to wait two hours for dinner that was never going to show up. My business deserves better treatment and they have lost all respect due to way to many chances. Shame on the individuals there who take zero pride in treating each and every customer with respect and dignity, it is the customer that keeps places like this in business. Lucky for the incompetent girls who totally lack any class that I don’t have their names. I believe they need to be shamed and taught how to properly deal with the public. I expect better from any business I give my time to.
