Well I’ve been 4 other locations and never once had bad experience. I decided to order from this location(follansbee) and it’s absolutely terrible. DiCarlos is known for cold cheese, I showed up early just so my cheese doesn’t melt. Was told it wasn’t ready yet , waited 5 mins to get my pizza totally melted like the cheese was put in before the oven. Plus the sauce at this location appears to taste different.

We just love this Dicarlos Pizza. It tastes great no matter which one you try. We have even taken it to Ohio Valley relatives when we flew to Florida. We are always treated like family when we walk in. Highly recommend!

I got the large pizza and it was fantastic. They do deliver but it is cash only for deliver and in the store pickup. That is why service is rated as a 4. Their does not appear to be a dinning room to eat in so it’s pickup/delivery only.

Great staff and really Good Pizza. I’ve eaten at numerous DiCarlos in the Ohio Valley region and have to say that this is easily in the Top 3. Personally, I prefer my cheese unmelted (traditional OV Style Pizza), but the Sauce, was on-point. I recommend it to those that may be in the area or visiting from out of town.

Cheese was .5 inch thick. Sopping wet crust. Rubbery. The cheese was falling off completely. Had to shred the pizza to get slices out like they only cut the cheese. Left with a soggy Italian bread with a separate .5 inch slice of cheese

So happy this place is close to home, reminds me of good Ohio Valley pizza! The only reason I don’t give 5 stars if you need to take it home and pop it in the toaster oven until the cheese melts for it to earn the 5 stars. Top with a little garlic salt!
