I left a five star positive review previously and I have changed that to one star. Went in today after placing an online order and when I went to pick it up, the lady told me that I had to stand in the line that was 10 people deep to wait at the cash register to cash out. I explain to her. It was an online order that I had already paid for but she still insisted that was the only way that I could get my sandwich. Basically they were holding it hostage from me. I didn’t have time so I had to leave so now I’ve wasted money on a sandwich that I didn’t receive and I have contacted customer service. I want a refund.

This was a great spot on a whim! We were visiting from out of state and went to find a sub place and came across Dibella and it was amazing! Hot and juicy sub with warm bread, potato salad was good too! We will come again on our return trip home

It’s a cool looking restaurant. We ordered 2 subs, they messed up our bread, forgot the sauce on my cowboy sub, and charged us for water. The food was good, ny sub would have been much better with the sauce though.

I enjoyed my visit to DiBella. I ordered the Godfather sub and was surprised to find out how customizable the sandwich was. You can get it hot or cold and with a variety of toppings and sauces. The “small” filled me up for lunch and I don’t recommend going above small unless you want to stuff yourself! The bread is excellent and overall sandwich was great. A few items for improvement include: putting napkins in my bag, arranging the meat so it is more evenly distributed across the sandwich, and speedier service. Overall quite happy and I will be back.

My roommates told me that this place is the same price as Subway, but waay better. I agree with them!! Tried the chicken philly and I absolutely loved it. Staff were very kind and listened to my modifications (add tomatoes, no lettuce). I will say going inside to place my order threw me off for a second. You have to pull a number from the little ticket machine and then you can place your order when you’re up next, like how the deli inside a Meijer deals with multiple customers.

This is a very poorly run Dibellas. I have been here 3 times and each time my order has been screwed up. I ordered a Garden salad the 3 times I have been there and each time the salad was different with a bunch of random ingredients thrown in there. The sandwich was thrown together and always missing something. Keep giving this location a chance and I’m always disappointed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I work for a local corporation and order from a variety of restaurants in the Auburn Hills/Rochester area for lunch meetings – both in-house and for our customers and guests. While DeBella’s are very popular, I may be hesitant to order from them again. I recently placed an order for 8 persons. The order was placed apx. 4 days prior to the event. This was for a customer meeting. Imagine my dismay when I received a text CANCELLING our order 45 minutes before it was due to be delivered. While I appreciate that there are ongoing employee shortage issues, I found this late a notification entirely unacceptable.
