Service can be unpredictable but the food never is. Fresh soft huge bread and an amazing cookie! I always get the cheesecake (one of my favorites). They have definitely lessened the amount of meat on it over the years but a great sandwich to split at a good price. Love the old style decor as well.

Very disappointing. Ordered a medium BLT with mayo. Asked for the bread to be toasted. They said not possible. Ok, no problem. My EMT partner order turkey. Both subs had barely any ingredients. Mine was basically a lettuce sandwich and his was soggy bread (rye). Brewed tea was very watered down. Worst sub we’ve both had. Surprising, because we love DiBellas. Because we don’t get breaks and have to go straight back on the ambulance we didn’t have time to get it fixed. We’re going to be hungry!

Honestly didn’t want to write this but I’m fed up. Everytime I ask for a side of steak sauce it’s less and less. I’m up to asking “please add three FULL sides of steak sauce” in hopes that MAYBE I’ll get an actual one full side of steak sauce. This is what they consider a “full side” of steak sauce. It’s absolutely ridiculous, do I need to start asking for 8 FREAKIN SIDES OF STEAK SAUCE TO JUST GET WHAT WOULD EQUAK ONE?! Talk about being stingy. This has been progressively getting worse for the last year and now I’m done with them. I mean go ahead and tell me this is a side of steak sauce.

Ordered a buffalo chicken sub with extra meat, extra cheese, grilled onions, blue cheese, buffalo sauce and all I got was a sub with just bread and chicken on it. No blue cheese, no buffalo, no extra meat, no extra cheese and no grilled onions I was extremely disappointed. Especially since the sauce wasn’t even added to the sandwich I would of thought at least they would of made a basic buffalo sub but I didn’t even get that.

I ordered a sub today for lunch and it was a hair cooked to the bread I couldn’t peel it off. So I took to the front for a refund the young lady went to the back to get the manager he took 10 mins to come out and process my refund. No apology or anything he came out like I did something to him.

My wife and I decided to pick up subs for dinner the other day. Decided on DiBella’s seeing that we’ve always had a good experience and good food. This was not the case this time. My wife got a Philly cheesesteak w/ onions, mushrooms, parmesean and provolone cheeses on rye. I got the cowboy (grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce) w/ onions and lettuce on the multigrain bread. They forgot the cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce from my sandwich, the 2 cheeses from my wifes, added lettuce to her sandwich, and mixed up the two breads. And, the sandwiches were dry. Major let down guys.
